1) fast and super friendly replies over WhatsApp - Dan not once change his friendly and helpful tone throughout the 2 week back and forth. I appreciated the patience;

2) the online reviews are true, on my way there to pick up the car the uber driver said, “this is a good garage, I drive a lot of people here”;

3) Time & Price estimates accurate to 100% - no delays no hidden bs;

4) The car looked brand new you can’t even tell there was anything there before, the wheel too;

5) I even received a surprise complementary clean.

I will recommend and use in the future!

Great communication when asking if they could fit me in a day early. Good explanation about the options best suited for the repair. Over and done in no time at all and perfect finish.

Great engagement from both Automotive and the Technician sent out, we had damaged our front left alloy twice. Whilst it might have needed two bookings, 90 minutes later the wheel was fixed, fitted and looked like new!

I have taken out these policies before, but never got round to doing the fixes. Hoping not to be claiming again (or at least not soon). But highly recommended if you value your car, its looks and potential resale value.
