To be honest, we had doubts about using Auto Zone. My wife had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Still, we went to look at the car and ending up buying it. Si was helpful and made sure we were happy with the car. He made sure that a couple of issues we picked up on were rectified before collection. He kept us up-to-date on the work being done throughout.
We are very happy with the car and with the customer service we received. We'd happily do business with them again.

Absolute fraudsters sold me a car with oil in the coolant and down on power turns out it was a vacuum leak and within the first 100 miles of driving the cars injectors when cut a long story short was without a car for four months and sold me warranty but it's not even warranty the company is bust so I'm left with a 1,200 pound bill on top of all this honestly if you want to peaceful sale call somewhere else this has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish from choosing to buy from these cowboys

Bought a car off them,no key for door lock. They said multiple times that they would sort but have not Now there are many more issues with the car. Came with a warranty, tried to call the warranty company and they said that the account hasn't been paid. Avoid like the plague.

keep well away from these rip offs, they charge premium prices for cars that are not fit for the road, buy at your peril

Avoid Autozone Peterborough. Car is undriveable after only 4 months. The hyundai garage advised the faults would have been present at purchase, including parasitic battery drain, back door fault and major gear box fault. Repairs came to over 5 grand, just short of how much we paid for the car. They are now trying to say the faults are normal wear and tear.

Avoid this car dealership your can will run fine for a a few moths then you will find everything goes wrong on it they they will blame you and\nDouble check what's in the car to the post as it was, say, satnav and matts , but you won't get sat nav And Matt's with it mortga drive her car 4 6 moths just outside the warranty and it's been set in my driveway with major electrical faults since last July like unreliable cars , this is definitely the dealership for you

Very good experience here at autozone, excellent customer service and kept me up to date with the prep of the car etc, friendly atmosphere, answered all my questions, would recommend to anyone A*

SCAMMERS Absolutely disgraceful. They sold me car with faulty brake pads. Disc with heavy score 3mm to the lip. Tyres bulging. I told them I want to return the car within 30 days statutory right Act 2015. They rejected. Car has 18000miles with such wear and tear. It’s suspicious. Rude to talk to, unprofessional people. I’m still in dispute. Do Not buy a car from them.

Sold me a car with a knackered battery. Needs constant jump starts. Contacted them. They refuse to put it right. Absolute cowboys. Avoid like the plague.
Complaint has now been lodged under the Consumer Rights Act.
Further more I only became abusive after one of their agents became rude first after I informed them I was making a negative review. Seriously these people are a disgrace.
Agent was rude and refused to sort the battery. It will now be dealt with legally.

The team at Autozone were very professional, helpful and honest. An excellent selection of cars, they made buying a used car a pleasure and gave me complete confidence. I would highly recommend them.

They didn't send my paperwork off so DVLA couldnt send me the reminder for my road tax so I got a clamp.

Bought a car lasted 4 months and engine is dead, clearly been patched up. Been told it's not there problem still fighting to get it repaired

Please do not trust this company! We recently purchased a black Jaguar F-Pace 2019, at the time of purchase we where guaranteed that the car had no faults, however within 2 days the engine management light appeared, the next day the car battery was completely flat leaving us as a family of 4 stranded with a dog. At this point we asked to return the car but we settled on allowing Autozone to collect the vehicle and have it repaired, when we eventually received the vehicle back after the dpf and battery where replaced, the washer liquid was low, which was also low the first time we received the vehicle meaning there was obviously a fault with it, so again we contacted Autozone who said they would pay to repair it, although I have no idea how they did not know there was problem, as Im sure all dealers would would fill the tank as standard rather then delivery it empty twice. We then booked the vehicle into an independent garage to have the washer liquid tank replaced another inconvenience to us, only to be told that vehicle has a massive upper and lower oil leak on the timing chain cover, this has all happened within 28 days from the first delivery of the vehicle, so we again contacted Autozone to formly reject the faulty vehicle as it is not fit for purpose, only to be told that the 30 day statutory right to reject a faulty product does not apply to them and they only offer 14 days, which is a breach of the consumer rights act 2015, as you can imagine we will be takingv this further and intend to receive a full refund including costs incurred and compensation. Again, all I can say is do not trust them.

Amazing customer service!

These guys seriously can't do enough for you. They went out of their way to chase down service records for the car, left us to test drive it alone so we didn't feel awkward discussing it in front of them, and were so friendly and upbeat. They were really understanding about us wanting the wheel rims replaced, now they look perfect and didn't push that cost onto us. The car drives great with no problems!
It's clear they care about their stock and their customers. Can't recommend them enough.
