I opened an account at Ava Futures and transfered a small EUR amount to JPMorgan Ireland (instant SEPA). Before the transfer I got the pre-transfer confirmation that the name of the account is AVA Trade EU Ltd. I put my Ava account number in the transfer details. Now, AvaFutures cannot find the transfer and wants a MT103 from my bank. What will happen should I get a margin call and I must transfer money??? My bank told me that they can't issue a MT103 like that, I have to issue a denial of receipt via my bank to JP Morgan which I did. Inbetween the money was found and booked but it took almost three banking days for an instant SEPA payment to settle.

I am posting this review based on two separate execution failures I experienced on AVAFutures in January 2026. Both incidents involved significant slippage that far exceeded market norms and resulted in substantial losses.

The Core Problem:
AVAFutures charges $2.24 per round-turn micro contract ($1.50 commission plus $0.74 exchange fee). These are futures-level commissions. However, when I experienced execution failures, their support stated: "We do not guarantee stop losses; we guarantee closing at the next best available price if slippage occurs." This is unacceptable. You cannot charge futures commissions while refusing accountability for execution quality.

Incident #1 - January 29, 2026 (MNQH26):

What happened: My stop loss order was completely ignored. Instead of closing at 26134 as specified, my position was liquidated at 26161.25. This represents a catastrophic 27.25-point deviation from my designated stop loss level.
Critical evidence: During this trade, the platform's MNQH26 chart displayed ZERO prices, ZERO candles, and ZERO trading data for a couple minute. This indicates a liquidity provider or data feed failure on AVAFutures' infrastructure. Significantly, AVAFutures has since reestablished their charting system, which implicitly confirms they experienced infrastructure issues on that date. I have screenshots documenting the completely empty charts at the exact time of execution.
Support response: Zero investigation. Zero acknowledgment of their platform failure. Zero compensation. Just deflection with generic statements about not guaranteeing stops.

Incident #2 - January 6, 2026 (MYMH26):
Instrument: MYMH26
Volume: 12 contracts
Stop Loss Set: 49160
Execution: Three partial fills at 49166, 49167, and 49168
Slippage: 6-8 points across all fills
Main Ticket: 123023807
The critical comparison: On the same day, I closed the same size position on the same instrument with another 2 brokers. Those brokers provided 2-3 points slippage with ZERO commissions and fees. AVAFutures provided 6-8 points slippage PLUS $8.96 in commissions PLUS $8.88 in exchange fees. This cost me approximately $30+ more on a single trade.

This demonstrates a pattern: AVAFutures' execution quality is significantly inferior to competitors on identical trades.

Why This Matters:
You cannot charge premium futures commissions while operating with CFD-level execution standards. When AVAFutures' infrastructure fails (as evidenced by empty charts and 27-point stop loss deviations), they refuse to investigate or compensate. When their execution quality is demonstrably worse than competitors (3 points vs. 6-8 points), they offer no explanation or remedy.

This pattern reveals their priorities: Collect commissions first. Serve traders second. Refuse accountability always.

My Recommendation:
Avoid this platform. The combination of premium fees ($2.24 per round-turn), poor execution quality (27+ point deviations, 3-5 point slippage disadvantages), and complete refusal to acknowledge or address failures makes AVAFutures a losing proposition for serious traders.

AVAFutures must decide: Either improve execution infrastructure and honor stop losses within 1-2 point tolerances, or reduce commissions to reflect CFD-level execution. Right now, you're collecting futures prices for CFD-level service.
