From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

I absolutely love my coat
I absolutely love my coat. Received it the following day and communication was excellent regarding the dispatch and delivery process. Im a size 16 and went for the S/M plenty of room. The colour is really nice and the fur lining keeps you really warm. As for the hood it fits me perfectly, normally the hoods are always to big and drop over my face but this sits perfect covering my head and allowing me to still see. Definitely recommend the purchase. Extremely good quality and a super price

Received the wrong colour of socks
Delivery time was very quick, but unfortunately I received the wrong colour of socks both times I ordered them. I think there is a mistake in the picture advertised and the name of the colour of socks. For reference, I ordered the dark green/ teal striped socks and received orange and light green striped ones.
