From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

I am so sorry to hear this, I have tracked your parcel the order was placed on the 11th and we shipped it on the 11th it appears there was an issue with delivering to the pick up shop. Unfortunately I am unable to find any emails from you which will be why you haven't had a response. I will send you an email now, if you could respond that would be great so we can get this sorted.
Next day delivery does not mean next day delivery.
I ordered some walking boots as I was going on a walking holiday. I paid late on a Wednesday for next day delivery (£4.95). I didn’t expect them until Friday having ordered so late.
They didn’t arrive on Friday and when I enquired I was told that it is advertised they won’t be dispatched for 2-3 days and THEN the ‘next day delivery’ kicks in. So for perspective I ordered my item on 9/9/26 and it was delivered on 15/9/26-thats WITH paying for next day delivery.
This is so misleading in my opinion.
I’ve just been through the process again as if I were going to re order them and, granted, when I add to the basket it says dispatched in 2-3 days. However, then changing the delivery method to next day there is no notification that it will still take 2-3 working days to be dispatched and then they’ll be delivered (I have a screen shot of this).
Customer service unhelpful and not able to see this from a customers perspective. Have been advised to not collect the boots (couldn’t if I wanted to, I’m away) and that I’ll be refunded. But not for the next day delivery.
They also automatically add a £1.99 ‘protect my order’ which you have to toggle off I’ve just noticed rather than add on.
Have requested a charge back via my bank for services not received who will undoubtedly get me the money back because it’s in black and white on their website that next day delivery means next day delivery, with no mention of any delays due to dispatch. I’ve posted a link which Trustpilot won’t allow in the review but if you google avenue 85 delivery it shows no mention of delays due to dispatch next to their next day delivery service-even says it includes Saturday.
First time using them. Will not ever again.
No transparency, no integrity, no ability to see things from a customers perspective.
Have seen having looked at reviews I’m not the first to have experienced issues with delivery.
Please, please, please avoid if you want items on time.
