I bought a sleep suit and upon receipt it was damaged. I’ve reported and returned the item. Still no money back. I am forced to contact my bank for a refund

I bought a lot of items from this brand in the last year since having my baby. However, I have regretted it since my last interaction with them. I bought two sleep suits, 0-6 months and 6-18 months and when my baby arrived we used them all the time. Then, about 10-11 months later they recalled the sleep suits for not being safe to use! And asked to send them back. Fine, I have returned them with label provided and since then - nothing. No communication, no refund and they are just ignoring me. I can’t believe I’m gonna to have to contact my bank about this.. definitely won’t be buying from them again and won’t recommend to anyone.

Purchased 2 pyjama sets for my sons birthday but there was a mix up with parcels, and I never received them so I contacted the company and they were absolutely amazing, very efficient, very lovely to speak to, they apologised and sent a refund for the postage I paid and sent the items back out that I originally ordered, they came 2 days later.

I recently visited this site and was impressed by the exceptional quality of their pyjamas and dressing gowns. The bedding was beautiful, featuring a lovely pine theme. Delivery was fast, and I even won a competition! I highly recommend their products for anyone seeking comfort, style, and great service.
