As I had never been in this situation before AX guided me through step by step. AX a courtesy car was delivered the following day. AX kept me informed through the different stages and if I was unsure at any time they answered my calls..I was very pleased with their service.

AX manage my insurance claim and they are very effective. Had a hire car the eariest possible time and they have been in touch with me constantly to give update for my claim. they also have the app where you can monitor and trace the progress of my claim.
