Absolutely amazing. Called AXA garage doors at 2pm to replace a garage door lock and it was all fixed and done by 4pm.
Jay even went above and beyond and reinforced the garage door (very old and falling to pieces) with some metal bars.

5 Stars, would recommend. Will be using his services again.

I am giving axa 5 star rating and would like to say what an absolutely lovely man jay is, full of smiles very easy to talk too,he gave good honest advice and a very good price to repair my garage lock. im very happy with the work he did.i would highly recommend jay if you have any problems.

Electric door was stuck in an open position. Called AXA and Jay answered and said he would be there at 6pm. He was there bang on time. Unfortunately, the motor had gone and he promised to bring another 2 days later at 2pm. He arrived bang on time - fitted the new motor - gave me a new fob - all with a smile on his face. Excellent service and can highly recommend. Don't get caught out by those multiple companies who try to suck you in with a cheap call out charge and then overcharge for doing the work.

Due to recent adverse weather and our garage door not closing properly, we had a lot of rainwater come into the garage. We did not know who to contact or what to do to address the issue. We searched on Google to find local garage door repairers/installers. We called a few numbers - all of whom were either too busy or could not help. We stumbled then across Axa Garage Doors. Although the garage door we have is not the one they now deal with, they actually went out of their way to find the instruction manual for our door and talked us through the process of fixing it. Where others were too busy or could not help, Axa Garage Doors went beyond. This is a testament to their dedication to what they do and exceptional customer service. We would highly recommend them.

When my garage doors become jammed open it was a case of emergency to have someone out that day to repair them. After ringing around 10 other companies, with no luck, I spoke to Jay from AXA. He came out that evening, as promised. In no time he had repaired the mechanism as good as new. He was great in explaining what had happened to cause the problem. His manner was calm, courteous and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive outcome in a bad situation. Highly recommend.

After months of saving I rang the original company and the price had gone up dom 300 to 700 plus vat being disabled my mobility scooter is in there so every time I had to open it ,it was a major job half open under a wheelie bin and a large piece of timber 🪵🪵 my wife rang him he asked me to take some photos and msuernent ,He said he has a used one fitted and a guarantee 250 omg great in about an hour or two I was expecting next week, Shure enough he turned up shut himself self in the garage in this heat wat a man ,the said all done would not expect money 🤑 til I was happy I gave him the 300 Wel worth it no more man handling the door and sliding the wheelie bin n great 👍👍 work so happy it's nice to see Wen stil have great work men like rgis

6 Stars, trademan who actually turns up!!! Having been let down the last 3 days I rang Axa Garage Door Repairs, phone was engaged. Jay rang me back and arranged a time to fix my garage door next day. He also gave me a price over the phone so no hidden costs when job was completed. Turned up on time, he also completed a little service on the garage door aswell as the actual repair. Jay gave me some hints and tips to keep it maintained. Would definitely recommend. 👌🏼😃

Rang Jay he said he would be at the property between 5 and 6 and was 5 minutes early. Did an excellent job very speedy. Very pleasant and would highly recommend. Plus this guy works 24/7, you can’t beat that and the price was very competitive.

Attended a couple of hrs after I rang and promptly fixed the issue we were having with our garage door, would highly recommend.

The wires holding our garage up collapsed on Friday night and I messaged on Saturday morning, Jay who I have dealt with before a most pleasant and knowledgeable Man was at our house by lunchtime he checked everything told us what needed doing and soon had it sorted he even fixed another part of the door that we didn’t know about no extra charge no call out fee and reasonable price I would definitely recommend this company he even said that if I had called him Friday evening he would have come then what a genuine person Thanks Jay

I had an emergency with my garage door over the bank holiday weekend on a sunday evening and thanks to Axa Garage Door Repairs ive manage to sort a major problem out. They was fast and gave great advice, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Came same day, and also when he said he would. Fixed it, explained everything as well and to finish off also a good price.

I telephoned Axa this morning after discovering the bolt securing the electric double wooden door was starting to tear through the metal arm on one side.
Jay said he knew exactly what the problem was and confirmed he would call and repair it for a fixed price.(£89)
Twenty minutes later he arrived at my home in Prestwich. He repaired the damage, re-programmed the electric motor and tested it to make sure it was all working properly. He had to adjust it several times before he was completely satisfied.
What a really pleasant and competent man Jay is !!!!

Great service yet again from Jai,all 4 strips on the top of my electric roller garage door snapped on Monday,rang him Tuesday and sent him some pics over to which he said he could sort the following day. Arrived half hour before he was due and managed to repair it in less than an hour. Speedy service and reasonable price,highly recommend 👌🏼
