Overall, I am happy with the results, my new doors are beautiful, and keep warmth inside much better than those I had before. Marek did amazing job! Everything is accurate and clean, including my wooden floors I was worried about. There were some delays of the installation, but the Operations team contacted me pretty timely. I have two more windows to replace, and highly likely will come to Ayrton again.

We had a brilliant experience with Ayrton as we went about replacing almost all the windows in our house. The product is of superb quality, bringing so much more natural light into our home, and it has dramatically upgraded both the look and feel of the property. Our new sash windows have also made the house much more energy-efficient, keeping it far cosier. Since installation, we have had no issues with condensation or mould—problems we previously struggled with during the winter months.

The survey, ordering, and installation processes were all completed on schedule. Ciprian, the lead installer, communicated well and was always on time. He ensured that all work areas were left tidy at the end of each day and was thorough in finishing the project to a very high standard. He was also great with our dog, which made balancing working from home and the installation process much easier than expected.

All in all, we’ve had a really positive experience and would certainly recommend Ayrton Bespoke Windows to all our friends!

Again, a very good experience. Arton's teams are punctual, considerate and pleasant, and they deliver an excellent result. Leo headed the team this time and finished well with the time indicated, leaving my place tidy and clean. The window is of the expected top quality, and my compliments to Leo and his team for a job well done.

Ayrton were overall disappointing in their customer service.  Whilst the job of replacing ten windows in a top floor flat was overall good, I had the following problems with the company:
1.  The installation stalled for one week due to no back-up for illness of the Team Leader.  Therefore, no one attended site at all, which resulted in scheduled furniture delivery and bed building having to be delayed because the work was still going on in the bedroom one week later than planned and during the school holidays.
2.  Living in a flat whilst the work was going on was definitely uncomfortable as the lead installer was rude, swearing, sulking. When the delivery guys looked in the room to establish whether the bed could be built at the same time as the window was being installed (definitely not) the Aryton lead installer rudely said to them "Well do you think I am a robot?"   The level of disrespect was evident.
3.  The disrespect for being in someone's home continued through to the last day the Aryton lead installer was on the job, when he and his team were caught lounging on the beds, watching youtube clips, and even laying a brand new mattress down on the floor so they could lie on it whilst they scrolled on their phones.
4.  The lack of respect shown by the Ayrton lead installer for the new carpet was appalling, the lead installer removed the plastic carpet protection, walked into the bedroom with black paint, spilled it all over the middle of the carpeted room, and although Aryton have paid for the replacement of the carpet, it has been a battle to get there and there has been a lot of defence of the "accident" and no reasonable explanation about why the plastic covering the carpet was removed and why was the black paint being carried around over the new carpet.  Aryton have refused to cover the cost of the interiors company time to re-order and over-see the reinstallation of the carpet, leaving me out of pocket. Instead they twice offered a tone-deaf discount on my next order, which I can't use because I don't have multiple houses.
5.  Although the first team team left, the job remained unfinished for another few weeks, a new team returned, instead of spending one more day in the flat as promised, it was still another 3.5 days of work to complete the job, because the first team failed to order a long enough window sill and left so much scrappy work that there was a lot more to do to finish the job properly.  
Overall, I would not recommend Ayrton, not because of any problem with the windows, but because the experience of dealing with multiple people at the company was so deeply upsetting, they have caused complete chaos in my life for weeks and they have been so completely disrespectful and uncaring throughout the process.

Ayrton replaced our front door and frame. Before we decided which firm to use, we visited their showroom, they visited the site and were fully attentive to what we wanted. After ordering, we did not have long to wait for the designer’s visit but had already been advised of the quite lengthy period likely between placing the order and the door being ready.
Installation went very smoothly. Leo and his team were efficient and polite, taking great care to minimise disruption and explain how the locks work. The door and frame are excellent quality, just as we wanted and as promised.
As with any purchase, it is wise to read the small print of the standard agreement and agree any variations before committing. Ayrton prefer the bulk of payment to be by bank transfer but you can have the protection associated with credit cards for the whole job if just over £100 of the first instalment is paid in that way.
We definitely recommend them.

We first worked with Ayrton to replace all the original sash windows in our flat, & were so impressed with the efficiency of the installation & quality of the product, we knew straight away they'd be who we'd use again when moving into our house. They've replaced all of our sash windows, ranging from single windows, to large bays & a 3m wide loft dormer, as well as our front door, & we couldn't be happier. From start to finish the Ayrton team are responsive & proactive at at helping you with decision making & provide clear illustrations of all proposed designs, with a highly skilled & friendly installation team. We've received so many compliments from friends, family & neighbours on how their products have transformed our home, & couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

We have found dealing with Ayrton absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The team are wonderful - so friendly and helpful - and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of the windows is incredibly impressive - they look fantastic. And the team that fitted the windows have been phenomenal - polite, very clean and tidy and so professional. The new windows are all in and all I've had to do is do a tiny amount of painting.

The work has far exceeded our expectations - I was expecting there to be dust everywhere and for lots of remedial work to be required post-install, but neither of those things has been the case with the Ayrton team. The double glazed stained glass windows in particular have a real wow factor.

A big thank you to Liam for overseeing everything. And the biggest thank you of all goes to Marek and Lucas who both deserve an employee of the year award - thank you guys, you have been brilliant.

We were very particular about our chosen company because we wanted the best quality windows for our home. The windows are high quality and beautifully made. The installers were fantastic; they did an excellent job whilst being clean, respectful and polite (thank you, Robert, Christian and Jordan). The sales and drafting team were unbelievably accommodating, with no pushy sales tactics, just professional service from start to finish (thank you Jonathan and Gurmukh). Highly recommend. I've used well over ten other companies for windows as part of my profession, and this company is one of the best! I look forward to working with you again soon!

I have used Ayrton Bespoke over a number of years to replace all sash windows, supply and fit shutters and, most recently, supply and fit french doors in my property. The Ayrton team have always provided a prompt, professional survey and installation service together with first class products. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ayrton Bespoke.

We’ve just had all our windows refitted. Had previously used another company for one window. The difference is night and day. Ayrton Bespoke were 10 out of 10 in terms of quality, professionalism, customer service and flexibility. Would highly recommend them over other companies we spoke to and used. Liam, Bruno, Lucas and the rest were brilliant.

This company should get 5 stars. Their product is top quality. We had the salesman round to give us a quote in October. He told us it would be 12 weeks from our acceptance of their quote to installation. He told us they should be in for Christmas. We accepted their quote (not the cheapest quote we had by any stretch). I had to chase and chase. No one ever seemed to call me. The installation date was put off and put off until mid Feb. The sales guy also told us the doors would be installed in one day. He was very specific about this. The actual installation went on for 3 weeks. If we had been told in October that the doors would be finished in March we would not have gone with Ayrton. The doors however are beautiful so I am very happy with the finished result. The sales and customer service need to up their game though!

Now our windows and doors have been installed, my husband and I would like to acknowledge the work carried out by Darko and Lucas and we were impressed how well they managed the work.
Darko and Lucas have carried out the work to our greatest satisfaction. Throughout, they were professional and considerate. They were courteous, polite, friendly, respectful of our property and maintaining cleanliness as they worked.
It was a great experience and their quality of workmanship was excellent.

We spent a lot of time looking for a company to install new windows at the front of our house. Wooden double-glazed sash, which, as we are a conservation area, we wanted to fit in with the rest of the house. We also wanted the solution to be as sustainable as possible, in terms of wood used and distance traveled.
Ayrton met all our requirements, and the new windows are exactly what we wanted. In addition, every person we spoke to or met in the company listened to what we needed, was courteous, sympathetic and helpful. The fitters even charmed our neighbours!
So we would definitely recommend them.

I have used Ayrton Bespoke for some french doors which needed updating a few years ago & I was very happy. I needed to get my some front windows done on my property as I was always happy with quality of the work that Ayrton provided. I was having 2 sets of front windows installed & the workers/builders who came to do the job were efficient, on time & very professional & gave me some tips on how to look after the finished product. They also completed the job in the timeframe as promised & left my property in perfect condition without no damage or any mess. As a returning customer to Ayrton, I am very happy with my windows & will use them again for any future work I need. I would also like to thank the team especially Olivia, Liam, Calese, Bartek & the other colleagues for their support & help.

We engaged Ayrton to replace the front door, all windows and shutters. They were delayed by over a month in starting. The windows were eventually fitted, however the shutters were the wrong colour in the majority of the rooms except for the lounge where it was not measured correctly with the result the wrong size was delivered and has been left in our lounge. We have had a few calls with Liam at Ayrton since the fitters had completed their work and were promised an email outlining how and when the work would be rectified, however nothing has been received with the last call being on Friday, 10 November. They were last on site mid October. It has been over a month and all of our attempts to get a solution has been met with radio silence from Liam and the staff at Ayrton. We had to pay a 65% deposit and half the work has been completed. I'll update this review once we have explored other avenues to resolve the matter.
