This was my first time visiting this massage place, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience from start to finish.

As soon as I walked in, the place looked very dirty and run down. The treatment room was in awful condition — the massage bed was visibly damaged with multiple cuts, and dirty towels were placed on top of it. The previous client’s shoes and socks were still in the room when I arrived.

About five minutes into the massage, the therapist opened the door to hand the previous client their shoes, exposing me while I was inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I was told to sit on a chair and cover myself with a towel, but the towel was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been washed at all. The overall smell of the place was unpleasant and unhygienic.

The massage itself was well below average. I booked a deep tissue massage, but it was not a deep tissue massage at all and felt rushed and ineffective.

Cleanliness, privacy, and basic professionalism were completely lacking. I would not return and would not recommend this place to others.

Been seeing Sanjeev for a while now for a back issue i have. Last week Sanjeev noticed i was struggling with my shoulders. I informed him that i have been under the hospital with them and i was told that when i get to 60 i will need surgery on them. Sanjeev diagnosed frozen shoulders and with in 30 mins of treatment I was pain free and able to raise my arms above my head. I am free of pain and total movement in my arms. Thank you so much Sanjeev. A true miracle

That was the most amazing massage. I got a deep tissue, steam bath and a facial. Shanti was the person that did my treatments and she was great, she created conversation to make you feel comfortable, and was making sure the pressure what right etc.
the place is clean, and the staff are nice and friendly.

I had a deep tussie massage from shital today i have to say she is a lovely person full of energy take all the pride in her job and does a excellent job you can feel all the pain ease off and the muscles loosen up and relax highly recommend you to try if you feeling pain this is the person to meet

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today by Shital. I have been impressed by the care and attention she gives to this and I have been very pleased with the results. I would very much recommend Shital if you want excellent service. I will return to Ayurvilla and Shital.

Booked upper neck and back massage as I usually get. Was asked to lie in a solid wooden couch which didn’t have a comfortable space for my head. I was given a towel to put my face on but it stretched my neck and I felt as I was going to choke, even turning my head sideways didn’t help, I told the masseur I couldn’t stand it and she asked me to sit on side of the couch while she proceeded to try and massage my neck and shoulders etc, balancing on the edge of a high couch couch made me tense so I didn’t get any benefit whatsoever from the experience. I’ve been going there for years and it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. The other rooms were busy so I could not swap to a more comfortable couch. Been going years and won’t go again if I have to use a very unsuitable rock hard treatment couch, I paid full price as well. The masseur was excellent and did the best she could under the circumstances!

I went for an Indian head message at the Leicester branch and was amazed to see a pleasant and clean environment with very friendly staff. My head massage was done by a lovely lady called Shanti who did a fabulous job, she knew what she was doing, would definitely recommend.

My experience was outstanding and shiyel was amazing. She was respectful, polite and friendly, I was nervous to begin with and she told me everything throughout. I would recommend Shiyel.

Had a luxury pedicure today and it was amazing. Sheetal was really good, I was really impressed. She really took care not to cut my nails too short and had lots of really good advice too. Will definitely use again!

I just wanted to say that ive had the best full body deep tissue massage in my whole life!!! Wow! Ranjit took her time and identified all my weak areas without me even telling her where they were! I had a wonderful five-day massage treatment at Ayur Villa. For the first four days, Dr. Sujalekshmi took care of my massages, and she was amazing. Her attention to detail and knowledge of Ayurveda made each session relaxing and effective. On the fifth day, Chitra gave me the massage, and she was just as skilled, making me feel refreshed and relaxed.

Both Dr. Sujalekshmi and Chitra did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend Ayur Villa for anyone looking for a great Ayurvedic massage experience.

After experiencing back pain for the
last few years and going to several different masseuses, I’ve never been able to cure it until I had a full body massage here as a birthday gift! It was the best gift I could’ve wished for and my back pain has completely gone! I received the Churna Pinda Swede treatment and I would recommend it to everybody! I had Dr. Suja Lakshmi and she was so kind, respectful and reassuring. I would definitely go back there !

Was recommended to Ayur Villa by my daughter. I have osteoporosis, spondylolisthesis and severe osteoarthritis in my spine which can be very painful at times. I had 1 full body herbal massage and 4 treatments of Kadi Vasthi, which was wonderful. All of the staff are pleasant and welcoming.
Neetha was lovely, worked hard on my back, which really helped and at last I had a good night sleep.

I've been going regularly for 2 years for a back, shoulder and chest wax, the therapist Ranjeet is really great. The service is very good as too are the facilities and pricing.
I won't go anywhere else.
