Following a query Brand Identity originally by phone, I quickly followed up with an email to confirm interest. I received a fast response from Charmaine with all relevant details to continue the process. A change to the design was swiftly handled and all correspondence was dealt with within a reasonable timeframe (often straight away) Happily recommend on this service.
