Delayed Order, No Processing Update, and Poor Customer Support
Placed an order with Babyshop UAE with a committed delivery date of May 5, 2026, but as of May 11 the order status still remains “Placed / Not Processed.”
Despite registering multiple complaints with customer support, there was no proper update, dispatch confirmation, or resolution provided. Due to the lack of response and delay, I had to escalate the matter to DET Consumer Protection UAE and received an official complaint reference(on going).
Very disappointed with the order handling and customer service experience. Customers at minimum deserve transparent communication and accurate delivery commitments.
