Awful. Firstly told me I could have my document by Thursday. Then, when I had paid the delivery changed to Friday.

Then DHL didn’t deliver and there was no phone number to call. So my final piece of work is lost somewhere. Their website says they have great customer service but there is no phone number or customer service email.

DO NOT USE

I used the service to print family history research as a gift. The printed book was excellent quality and received quickly. I liked that you could review on line before committing. Will use service again.

Encargué la impresión y encuadernación de mi tesis doctoral. La propia confirmación del pedido incluía el grabado de la cubierta ("Grabado — Color de grabado: Plata"). Sin embargo, me llegó con la tapa y el lomo completamente en blanco —sin título, sin mi nombre y sin el logotipo de la universidad—, inservible para presentarla ante el tribunal.
En lugar de corregir su error o devolverme el dinero, la empresa pretende aprovecharse de la urgencia generada por la proximidad del acto de defensa de mi tesis y, bajo la apariencia de una "oferta especial", me exige pagar de nuevo por un trabajo que ya había contratado y que no me fue entregado correctamente.
Me siento estafado.

The bound theses were high quality and well produced. Also well packed to withstand the post.
Ability to preview product online was a big help for checking the document format and avoiding errors.
Also impressively quick.

Just had my nephews MA Fineart work bound in leather. Am absolutely buzzing to give the gifts on graduation day. Amazing quality. So easy to order on line. Opted for the better quality paper was so worth it. The 3D viewing was amazing. Highly recommend

All of the marked passages of my text were literal citations. The rest of the marks were in the source sections. They marked the original sources. How can a program miss this? Felt like I wasted 30€, don't waste your money here.
