Back care beds Opiniões

Great service and advice through purchase through to installation. Really useful to visit the showroom before deciding. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and great bed
Efficient ordering and the fitter was very professional.
Having tried the bed we ordered for my mother, we have ordered one for ourselves. Worth going to them directly.

Unfortunately the man who delivered the bed said it was easy to assemble. However it is not and the quality of the bed and materials is very poor for the price especially

Excellent service - great support given to choose the right specifications. Punctual, polite and kind.

Have been in today and can honestly say the staff are fantastic. I ordered the bed I wanted and it will be delivered W/C 28th May. They are built on site and to our specifications.

It’s early doors for a review but I don’t want to forget at a later stage so…. My grandparents are very happy with what they’ve seen so far, the bed is of good quality and the delivery man Mike was a good representation of the company, he was great with my Nan and gramp and had good chat. Thank you!

Company kept me up to date on progress and delivered on tim. Delivery man was very helpful and polite. Explained everything well and I'm so pleased with my bed. Thank you.

Wonderful service a very very helpful man my mum was over the moon with the help and kindness of the delivery man

Bed arrived at stated time frame and was assembled correctly. Your installer was polite and efficient.

Great communication re delivery , delivered promptly with lots of helpful advice as i’d chosen self assembly
I have yet to sleep in it but it looks fabulous

This company has an old school caring approach to customer satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough of them. I paid for the bed to be assemble for my 94 year old mother but I couldn't remove the old bed in time for the delivery, no problem, the driver dismantled the bed and put it in the spare room for us and what a lovely man he was he even hoovered where the old bed had been. The bed is excellent and the electric bed adjustment is smooth and quiet.

We have had this bed for over a year now and would like to say a big thank you to Back care beds, the service was friendly and informative and the bed has been so comfortable and has helped my wife with getting in and out of bed. The mechanism works perfectly, no problems at all. Thank you so much.

Good quality beds for the money and the person who fitted them was very good.

Very quick delivery from ordering. Excellent customer service
The guy who delivered the bed was very fast and efficiant. Talksd me through all the instructions.

Excellent value for money: quality exceptional. My elderly parents were thrilled to bits with the beds and reported they had the best nights sleep in weeks. Mum had no pain.
Thoroughly recommend and would use again.

Easy to deal with guy who installed it was great and he'd a laugh he was very thorough and quick

We bought a waterbed (again) from the sister company High & Dry in Portsmouth. The process, team (John & Luke) are brilliant. And our backs are already on the mend, we wished we never got rid of the last waterbed 8 years ago now.

Brilliant consistent customer service and fair pricing. Highly recommended.
