Matt Flanagan is a very experienced professional chiropractor. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. I’ve got major help with my neck pain, posture also my tension headaches over the years I have attended. Regaining my correct posture is ongoing..huge improvement and a great experience too. I would definitely truly recommend.

As always I highly recommend Emma. Professional and kind. Lovely disposition. I see her regularly to address tense muscles around neck and shoulder area. I’ll keep returning.

I have been using Chiropractors on and off for the last 35 years, what was different with back to health is that Andrew (the osteopath) first spent time on working to loosen the muscles which have stiffened due to wrong posture before making adjustment to the spine which made the adjustment effortless.

Week later after my first treatment, I feel my body is re-adjusting. I have more range of motion where the muscles were stiff before.

Anyone needing help with an out of alignment posture, I would definitely recommend Back to Health.

Been with Back to Health for about 2 years or so and always been treated by Andrew. Service is brilliant, always very helpful and come away from every session feeling a lot better than when I'd come in. Due to the excellent treatment from Andrew, there have been noticeable improvements in my movement! Have been to other chiros previously and the combination of muscle work and chiro adjustments really made me feel this is the best place I've been to.

Back related therapies are not an unknown to me. Having had weeks of them during childhood and teenage years. I came to Back to Health in 2019, when I strained a neck muscle during training. Nothing helped, but a deep tissue massage from the guys done the trick. They had an offer for a back assessment as well and I wanted for a long time to take another look to my back related health. Motivated by this positive experience I met Andrew, done the assessment and we decided on a year long treatment plan. Obviously with such a commitment I done my research and learned that the method offered promised good results, while some split opinions do exist. Over the year period I increased mobility in my back significantly and even could see and feel the correction happening during therapy and at the check up periods as part of the plan. I am very pleased by the results, and it was a big surprise to me how regular treatments and a small amount of exercises at home did have such a profound positive outcome. My back feels much better now and kept going to retain the positive effects. Andrew, my therapist, is such a great guy. He managed to help me maintain motivation throughout and each of his treatments where professional and structured, addressed the right things at the time needed and above that, its a pleasure to see him after a long day of work.
