Bakkalım.com ‘ dan geçen ay alışveriş yaptık. Aldığımız peynirlerin tarihi geçmesine 3 hafta kalmış ve bize göndermişler. Lütfen alışveriş yaparken ürünlerin son kullanım tarihlerine dikkat edin. 4 kutu almış olduğum peynirlerin 3 kutusu ziyan oldu. Markette kendim alıyor olsaydım tarihi uzun süreli olmadığı için almazdım.Ama internet alışverişi olduğu için kendileri ne gönderiyorlarsa onu kullanıyoruz. Bu durumu müşteri hizmetlerine bildirmiş olmama rağmen para iadesi de yapmak istemiyorlar.
Çok büyük hayal kırıklığı
Geçenlerde de bir önceki alışverişte ayva reçeli diye kayası reçeli göndermişler müşteri hizmetleri gerçekten kötü telafi edici hiçbir şey yok harcadığınız parayla rezil oluyorsunuz tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle

I have ordered a set of pans as a gift to my mother. The box is damaged and torn;
There are price stickers and sticker residues on two or three of the pans;
The frying pan has a deformity on the rim which is quite noticeable;
The inside of the frying pan has a dark tint; unlike the other pans.
Horrible customer service, horrible website! Just avoid…

Avoid. Everything arrived at room temperature including frozen items and also cheeses. I wanted an exchange for these and the customer service was terrible they said it is ok to consume them at room temperature. I sent them a photo but they say it is not melted:) iwill make a file about them with some of the people also had a negative experience with them.

The product was out of stock so through watup i had a chat with him and he managed to immediately bring in new stick for me

I order my product this week and arrived in 3 days and I only reqest refund only meat and milk prodcut due to unhealty situtation but they refuse and they offered me to use this. They did same thing twice and I understood their policy now. do not buy never, ever

Birkaç firma var, ingiltere içine türk ürünleri kargoluyor. Bunlardan bazılarını denedim fakat hem tazelik, hem paketleme ve en önemlisi fiyat konusunda bakkalım açık ara önde. Stoklarını websiteleriyle aynı zamanda güncelliyorlar. Kurumsal bir firma ile irtibatta olduğunuzu hissediyorsunuz. Teşekkürler.

I noticed that Bakkalim is cheaper than the rest and has a bit more variety of food. I gave them a try and was satisfied. Although I ordered in the afternoon, they managed to send the package the same day, and I received it the next day. Thank you!

Kesinlikle uzak durun. Ici boyali Ingiltere saglik ve guvenlik kurallarina uygun olmayinca pek cok mal satiyorlar. Ustelik cok kaba ve bas bas bagiran bir dagiticilari var ki musterilerler de o ilgileniyor sanirim cunku sikinti oldu gunes kendisiyle konustum. Rezalet

Even though I ordered perishable foods and they waited in the delivery for a whole day, there was no decay in my orders. Good packaging. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent communication. Fresh items were delivered so fresh, the ice packs, to keep the items fresh, were still frozen.

They were quick with delivery. But they can easily run out of stock you might end up receiving a different product or refund the missing item streight away
