Ordered online,arrived next day as promised.Products were correct and nothing was missing.Only website could be more efficient.

Delivery was quite fast, arrived within a day, packaging was great as they packed everything precisely and very carefully to protect the products. They are so kind over the phone. I would like to add that this online market has the cheapest products, I checked almost all online markets, even for the same brands, this market has the cheapest prices. I am quite happy that I ordered from Bakkalim Uk. It was my first time but I will definitely repeat ordering.

I give the order from Norwich 2 days ago and today they did delivery. I contacted with them by facebook, they give me the quick and friendly answer. They had great service. Thank you very much. I don’t need to go London for shopping anymore

Very fast service, I live in in South of England,after ordering online,I messaged them from Facebook and straight away they replied asking me my order number and in five minutes they told me my order is going to be next day.Our delivery arrived next day and all items were carefully packed,fridge items were still cold.They have great selection,very reasonable price and very fast friendly service.I will be definitely order again.I highly recommend that company.

Rather than taking bus to a shop, I ordered from Bakkalim Uk. Website is really easy to use and they take early actions to your comments/instructions by double checking through phone call prior to delivery. Very reliable service within London and prices are cheaper than other competitors in the market. The expiry dates of products are really good. There are always some areas that can be improved such as product range and deliveries for outside of London.

Amazing experience ordering from Bakkalim! I live in South London and there are not many Turkish supermarkets around so it’s very convenient to have an online alternative. I also found that their prices are very competitive. I ordered in the morning and received my delivery the same evening! Will definitely be ordering again and have already recommended to friends and family.

I love Turkish food and thought I'd try to make it myself rather than ordering takeaways 😁.

I came across Bakkalim online and was impressed with the competitive pricing so I ordered some goods.

These arrived extremely well packed and within 48 hours 👍 I was even advised of the time slot which was helpful!

I had forgotten one item and advised Bakkalim if it could be included and paid for separately so that I didn't have to pay postage again, but they included it for free out of courtesy which really impressed me!

I've not tried the products yet but that's more to do with the manufacturers and I'm sure they will be good... But what I can say is that my shopping experience with Bakkalim was excellent as was the customer service and I would definitely recommend them in this respect...

It was very easy shopping through website. Fast delivery. Comparing to the lots of competitive shops, they have market prices rather than online price which is the most important thing! Definitely, it will become my regular shop, saving me carrying from market :)
