Excellent front light with an adequate camera. The great selling point is the integration of the Varia Vue with a Varia rear light/radar and Garmin bike computer, which makes this a really useful light and safety product. The camera quality is good in daylight but not so good at night. It’s rather expensive, but the build quality is excellent.

Garmin Varia vue Camera Headlight it's expensive but what price did you do you put on safety and video footage just in case something bad happens the operation is really straightforward it has five light modes two video quality recording settings and built-in microphone slot for a micro SD card doesn't come with one supplied so you have to buy one come on Garmin for the price of the unit they certainly should have supplied a SD card that's my only downside to the unit it is quite a light weight considering it's got a camera and I built in light the light beam pattern is designed so it doesn't blind on coming traffic the highest light is 550 lumens medium light is 300 lumens and on low it is 140 lumens night flash is 400 lumens and day flash is 600 lumens runtimes are very decent on all settings I am regularly getting one hour 50 minutes on the high setting full 550 lumens you can cycle through the settings on the fly no problems comes with a traditional round style handlebar mount and comes with a additional under Mount fitting so you can place the light directly under the bracket video quality in 4K is excellent in 1080p it is really decent no problems identifying any think but when riding in the evening even with the light on the lowest setting relations plates on cars are blown out you can't really identify the licensed plate of a car when you using the light but the daytime With the Light On full etc licence plate reading is perfect for some reason nighttime is a problem even when the light is on the lowest setting video quality to 4k you cannot identify a license plate but you can certainly identify the cars etc and also the people driving at night overall I am very very pleased with this Garmin Varia Vue Headlight Camera perfectly with Garmin head units you have a pull down menu where you can adjust the light settings directly from the head unit however I believe that it is only compatible with Garmin head units the light camera will work with other Bluetooth Ant+ head units but you will not of the option of the pull down menu it is usb-c charging which is definitely a + ... I definitely get this a solid 9 out of 10 only because of nighttime use and using the units on the lowest light setting you cannot read a license plates but like I mentioned the make of car and you can see the people person in the cars thank you for reading my review I have added a couple of photos thank you
