I reside in CT and don’t get to NY as often, ordering from Balkan Fresh is so convenient for me. The turnaround is fast and the products satisfying. I’m thrilled to have the option to shop online and receive the merchandise packed perfectly. I definitely would recommend them to anyone seeking traditional items from back home. I also love the fact that they offer Halal items!!

Satisfy your cravings for traditional food :)

Quick delivery and the cevaps came in with frozen packs so that was great.
Also I called prior to placing the order a nd the customer service was excellent. The owner I believe called me back and answered all my questions.

Amazing service and experience!

Shopping at Balkanfresh.com was such a great experience, their website was easy to navigate, the easiest part was to checkout. The delivery was so quick, I believe I placed the order around 4pm and I received it at 7pm. I would always recommend shopping with Balkanfresh.com, they are so friendly and they reply back to your questions very quick.

Today on Sunday I wanted to place an order for last minute guests. I was close to checking out but noticed they don’t do same day delivery Sunday’s. Aj from Balkanfresh contacted me and said they would make an exception and deliver it the same day! I spoke to him at 3pm the delivery arrived at 6pm as promised. All the items were fresh, clean and neatly delivered. It was like an Amazon prime package lol. Definitely recommend this team. Super efficient and how convenient not running to the Balkan stores running into everyone and their mama! Lol Jk

Great service

Great service! Very satisfied. Prices are reasonable, and usually you get the order within 24-48 hours.

I ordered “Fresh Fig Premium Jam 900g

I ordered “Fresh Fig Premium Jam 900g, what’s on Balkan Fresh website $8.99 (3 days earlier I email them and wanted to confirm that they have same jam in stock, they confirm by email that they do have it) 5 days later I received 4 jars of WRONG jam and to make it worse 2 glass jars was broken.
Classic BAITH and SWITCH.
It’s not about money( there’s chipper same jam they shipped to me in a few stores, Malincho $4.95, Fast Pak store $6.99)
Bad and dishonest.

This is my second time ordering but…

This is my second time ordering but first review. I prefer delivery be done by their staff but I recognize that it isn’t always a possibility. My items were shipped but something went wrong. Without getting into too much detail - the Balkan staff handled it with the best professionalism and respect. That alone made me a customer for good. They fixed it and were patient and kind. Will deff be ordering again in the future.
