Excellent treatment- and informative as well!

Feels like a fairly unprofessional outfit. They don’t seem to be able to keep a dentist - always someone new every visit, always with different advice. The receptionists are pretty unprofessional, often criticising patients when they leave in earshot of the waiting room. I attended to find my appointment had been cancelled, and they hadn’t told me. They couldn’t care less, yet have signs up on the wall saying how many people have missed appointments. Just a bit poor overall. If NHS dentists weren’t short in supply I’d have departed a while ago.

Very friendly, for a nervous patient...

As a very nervous patient Digant and Emma working very well together completed the injection part very well and the extraction of three back teeth for me was of little concern. I have to praise this twosome as being a perfect team and thank them both. The reception girls projected confidence for the practice both before the day and on the day of the appointment. Thank you all very much.

I just need to say that my hygienist who I think is called Hapreet did an amazing job on my ageing teeth.I didn’t really look closely until this morning,but when I did was very impressed.Thankyou ,Peter

After waiting months for a referral to a tooth to be removed, had to go back to have the temporary filling replaced. Staff were rude when I was shocked to be told I had to pay again ;already paid for the extraction which hadn’t happened!) and more shocked when I discovered they had put the wrong address on the referral. No apology though, just added that the place I had been referred to had tried to call me to confirm the appointment and I didn’t answer. That would be because they didn’t call - this surgery had not provided my contact number. Still no apology! Reported to the ICO for breaching data (6 weeks and no action, meant to respond within 3 days!) and the ombudsman for the lack of care, failure to respond etc.
