We have been waiting to release these jackets ever since 2021, for a year and 6 months we perfected the design, material and fit ordering over 5 samples from 3 different suppliers (it was expensive!).
After finally releasing them this year the response has been amazing from people like you who appreciate the quality and value we are providing!

Hi thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the quality, and we are more than happy to arrange for your item to be sent back for a full refund! Our top priority is making sure everyone gets the best service and value for money so if you were not satisfied please send us an email and we will send you a pre-paid label to send back your items.
As for the invoices we have them ready on request, most people would rather have the confirmation email instead which is sent to everyone automatically.
Whilst we would love to have a contact telephone number in the future as a small business with a small team it doesn't make financial sense to set this up at the moment - however, it is something that we will 100% set up as our business grows!
Lastly, the reason we don't have the address to our offices displayed on our website/ google is because we are an online store and don't have a physical location that is available to the public, we are able to send our return address for parcels on request by email if needed!

We have checked the tracking and saw that we shipped out your order 3 days after you ordered on the 4th of November 2022, unfortunately even though we payed for premium 48-hour tracked service I can see that it has not been delivered, it seems as if they will attempt a delivery tomorrow so if it still has not arrived by Monday we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund or to re-ship your order! Sorry for this but please try to understand how this is not our fault and please do email us with any updates!

Great Customer Service and Quality Clothes.
Where to begin? Excellent customer service. Great quality clothing. The total package from this up and coming clothing brand. I'm usually more used to wearing Nike and similar brands but recently decided to try newer brands. I had a few concerns but the response rate on Instagram was exceptional as I received a personal, quality response from the brand and they answered my questions clearly and efficiently as if every customer mattered to them and was more than a statistic. 10/10 would recommend.
