My first experience with Bank View Solicitors was when i received a court summons for a parking fine.
The parking company had been wrongly issuing these fines to many of the unsuspecting general public.
Bank View had kindly taken all of these cases on for free, yes i say for free, and all had been dismissed

I HAD TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH BANKVIEW SOLICITORS BLACKBURN.THE SOLICITOR WHO HANDLED MY MEDIATION WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HAD A LOT OF EXPERICENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF TELEPHONE MEDIATION HE ALSO HAD A EARPIECE FOR ME TO LISTEN TO THE MEDIATOR, MR AMIN WAS DOWN TO EARTH, VERY FRIENDLY, PROFFESIONAL AND IS THE ONLY SOLICITOR THAT I MET WHO CAN EXPLAIN LEGALIES WITHOUT BEING CONDECENDING, BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS THAT I WON THE CASE, THE OTHER PARTY WITHDREW AND MR AMIN IS A VERY COMPETENT LITAGATOR AND I SAVED OVER A £1000 AND MY BILL WAS VERY REASONABLE WHICH I LOVED.
