Ik heb onlangs een mooie kaars cadeau gekregen. Vorige week heb ik 'm voor de derde keer aangestoken en het glas sprong uit elkaar. Eén scherf kwam bijna in iemands oog. Ik heb hier een klacht over ingediend bij de klantenservice en ontving een teleurstellende reactie. Voortaan moet ik zelf de lontjes goed recht zetten. Sorry hoor maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt en zeker niet met zo'n duur product als deze. De lontjes staan gewoon recht maar tijdens productie zijn ze mss niet goed geplaatst.

Customer service can not be worse.

Customer service can not be worse.. no reply untill you complain , they do not answer the calls and apart from this the tracking of your parcel is unexisting ( you dont know when will arrive but the customer service does not know either)
I will never buy anything online on this web. Works really bad

Parcel lost, no compensation!

My parcel was lost by the delivery service and neither them nor Baobab are willing to reimburse me! I am now left without my order and without any money in return! Absolutely beyond disappointing from a big company like Baobab! One would think that the customer service for these VERY expensive products would be up to tier, unfortunately that is not the case! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!

Onaangename vertraging op bestelling. Nette compensatie!

Via de mail verkreeg ik 10% korting bij besteding op de officiële website. Super handig want dit was ongeveer 3 weken voor Kerstmis 2023. Met een goed gevulde winkelwagen en de korting van 10% ronde ik alles af. Hierbij werd mij gegarandeerd dat ik het zeker vóór de kerstdagen binnen zou hebben. Een strakke belofte gezien de toch al hectische december maand. Al snel verliep dit anders. Een paar dagen na de bestelling werd ik geïnformeerd dat bepaalde artikkelen niet voorradig waren. De gehele order werd geannuleerd en ik kreeg mijn geld terug. Spijtig genoeg zat ik nu zonder geschenken! Ter compensatie kreeg ik 15% korting ipv 10%. Een mooie compensatie. Met weer de belofte de wel voorradige artikkelen tijdig binnen te hebben... Helaas werd mijn order door Baobab alsnog te laat aangeboden bij de bezorgdienst. Via de klantenservice deed ik mijn beklag. Daarop enkel een automatische reactie. In de eerste week van januari ontving ik uiteindelijk mijn order. Heel erg jammer deze niet voor Kerstmis ontvangen te hebben maar goed. Het meest vervelende vond ik uiteindelijk het uitblijven van contact/informatie. Nu februari heb ik van Baobab ter compensatie een excuus kaartje én 4 theelichtjes ontvangen. Totaal onverwachts maar zeker gewaardeerd!

Zalige kaarsen, uitstekende service!

Zalige kaarsen, een exta 4 kaarsjes waren cadeau bij mijn aankoop wegens Black Friday. 2 kaarsen waren echter beschadigd, er werd een nieuw pakketje opgestuurd zonder enige aarzeling. Zeker een aanrader! Levering na een 3-tal dagen.

DISRESPECTFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

I placed my order on December 10th 2022. After 3 weeks with no email, no calls, I emailed them like 5-6 times but they don't even reply.
After 1 month of waiting, I communicated with them on Instagram, they responded they will send refund within that day. Until now, nothing arrived, they only "seen" my messages and emails, leaving no useful information about the order. It's like they do it on purpose. I basically lost money, and they don't even care to help refunding. Not only they RUINED MY XMAS, THEY ALSO SHOWED HOW DISRESPECTFULL THEY ARE TO THE CLIENTS.

Want to buy luxury candles at this price??? Go to Trudon, Byredo, anywhere except this horrible brand.
