Someone from the company was very quick to respond to answer questions I had about various printer models. The printer I ordered was not available and they worked with me to get a comparable printer at the same cost. To me above and beyond.

Meh....
Products are as advertised and they often have things I can't find anywhere else. It was upsetting that I couldn't get my web order to process and when I called to order they charged more than what I would've paid online!

We were looking for a replacement battery for our Janam handheld device. I was able to live chat on the website to make sure I was ordering the correct battery. It was easy to place the order and I received my replacement battery within a week. I installed it and it worked perfect! Would recommend
