Beautiful quality strap at a fraction of the price of other ‘quality’ straps. The delivery was quick and the presentation of the package was lovely.

I had ordered the wrong size band and contacted Barton. Within that day, Joel from Barton reached out to see how they could help to resolve it. Joel worked with me to get the right band and quickly sent out a replacement. Really appreciate the strong follow up. I will be a continued customer.

Amazing customer service
Ordered a band from a retailer (not direct), and it started ripping after 31 days. Joel from Barton Support replaced and shipped it for free, even though I didn't purchase it from them. Great customer support.

Awesome product, service & company!
I ordered 2 bands, 1 leather, 1 canvas. I love them both. I have tiny wrists and they fit perfectly. I lost one of the strap loops and contacted the company by email to buy a replacement loop. The representative was so nice & helpful. He sent me a replacement band the same day. Awesome product, service & company.

A Team That Cares

I made a mistake in ordering a watch…
I made a mistake in ordering a watch strap. I recognized the mistake a few hours after ordering and emailed customer service. They immediately refunded my money, cancelled my order which allowed me to reorder the watch strap correctly. Very satisfied with the customer service.
