Premier ingrédient dans la liste: sucre puis sirop de glucose. Ça explique pourquoi ce matcha est autant sucré! C’est vraiment dégueulasse, on ne sent même pas le vrai goût du matcha. Dommage, je ne rachèterais pas

Our blend is intended as a sweetened matcha latte mix – not a traditional, ceremonial-grade matcha. As mentioned on our packaging and website, it contains 9% matcha powder and is designed to be enjoyed with (plant-based) milk for a quick, creamy, and accessible matcha experience at home.
We completely understand if you were looking for a more pure, unsweetened matcha, and we're sorry for any confusion. If you have any questions about the product or would like help finding something more in line with your taste, feel free to get in touch – we're happy to help.

Wat jammer om te lezen dat je ontevreden bent over je ervaring met onze klantendienst. We proberen altijd vriendelijk en correct te communiceren, ook wanneer we ons aan bepaalde voorwaarden of policies moeten houden.
Onze kortingscodes moeten tijdens het afrekenen worden ingevoerd. Zoals vermeld in onze algemene voorwaarden en FAQ kunnen we die helaas niet met terugwerkende kracht toepassen – ook al zouden we dat soms graag doen.
We vinden het belangrijk dat elke klant op een eerlijke manier wordt geholpen en betreuren het dat je dit anders hebt ervaren.
