Nach weniger als 2 J Akku komplett tot, kein laden, entladen, kein Bluetooth..
Die 'Servicefachkräfte' haben sich 2 Monate lang vergeblich Mühe gegeben, mir eine fehlerhafte Behandlung des Akkus anzuhängen. Schlussendlich der geniale, leider auch lebensgefährliche Tipp , den Akku mit der Säge zu öffnen und die einzelnen Zellen mit was auch immer zu laden..
Dann Abbruch des Kontaktes. Null Support, null Garantie..

Very fast shipping, after payment on the third day I've get the batterys. The product is working great (280 Ah EVE Lifepo4 cells). The service is very helpfull and fast !
I recommend the factory for everybody !

To avoid absolutely: no after-sales service, do not question the quality of their product and leave you with a battery that does not work.

Pessima esperienza, acquistato una batteria LiFEpo4 da 12V 100Ah, spedita con DPD, arrivata dopo 10gg dalla Polonia, difetti riscontrati: box rotto, senza etichetta del produttore, celle sbilanciate. Comunico a Sophia (con foto) che la batteria presenta delle crepe e difetti, mi dice che me ne mandano subito una in sostituzione, mi mandano il nuovo tracking UPS ma la batteria non è stata spedita e mai arrivata. La ricontatto per informarla ma non risponde più alle comunicazioni. Avendo visto diverse recensioni su dei canali youtube avevo delle buone aspettative, purtroppo ho riscontrato il contrario. Diffidate da questa azienda!

Acquisto pacco batteria da 14KW ma si riesce a sfruttare il 60%, 70%. La batteria si presenta bella ma le celle interne probabilmente non sono di qualità. L’assistenza è pessima, anzi, inesistente. Non vogliono che si modifichino i parametri ma la batteria va spesso in protezione. Non danno una scheda tecnica con i parametri impostati di fabbrica, il software di gestione non è un gran che. Alla fine ho fatto da solo scavalcando le loro protezioni fregandomene della garanzia e dei loro ingegneri che lasciano molto a desiderare.

No resolution to my issues with Basen Green

None of my issues have been resolved.

After the many emails to Alex Chen to mitigate the several issue with the four battery packs,
Pack unbalance where two packs use 40% more current in both the charge and discharge cycle, Alex Chen blames my wiring when in fact all cables are equal length to the charger and the resistance has been measured to be equal with a high resolution resistance instrument.
One cell in one pack tends to run away with its voltage raising above 3.65V having to reduce voltage and current to stop the run away effect.
The so called Pylontech compatibility is faulty in that the pack set to CAN mode that is supposed to collect the data from the other packs using the parallel RS485 does not, it only communicates that CAN data from the singular pack assigned as the CAN.

Alex Chan keeps blaming others be it my installation or that of the inverter manufacturer that is one of the largest on and off grid equipment maker (Selectronic).
When I presented information of the cell that runs away with a voltage delta of 105 mV the response was the only truth that has come out of her mouth.
This is what she said about their A grade cells -
" The size of the current is related to the internal resistance of the battery core and the wiring method when connected in parallel. I=U/R.When U remains unchanged, the smaller R is, the larger I is. This involves wires, MOS, and battery cells. It will be different. Our batteries are currently at the energy storage level, not at the industrial, commercial or automotive level, and can only be controlled at about 5% SOC. "

Aside the part of the answer that has nothing to do to the cell delta she mentions cell quality used, from this I take that are using nothing like A grade more likely rejects. when they spec the cell balance to be with is 5mV the 105mV obtained is way more that 5%

The BMS firmware is locked so there is no manner to solve the CAN bus multi pack communication issue aside replacing the BMS in each unit.

So if intending to use Basen Green you are taking the chance of been lumbered with so many issues that the company will not resolve aside the lip service that tries to assure you and ignoring the problems.
The company is dishonest from the point of sale to the delivery method, I could not find out who the shipper was, at the time this created a lot of concern as to the whereabouts of the batteries, to having to travel 1000KM to collect what I had paid for, delivery to my address, to having been supplied cables that had been wired incorrectly to having been given user manual that related to a different battery hence the settings differed creating huge confusion with the poor answers provided.
This company is not professional or ethical, once they have your money you are alone.

Purchase from Basen Green - NO NO NO, once bitten twice shy, only do so if you are demented.

I get a message more than a year later that they will contact me...no contact as mentioned in their response, more smoke and mirrors from this crowd, dishonest company. Keep away from.

The Basen promise to contact me regarding the issues did not happen. even after the publicly said they would below this review.

Bought a 230ah 12v battery, shipped fast and seemed fine upon delivery, but BMS randomly disconnects for short periods. This happens regardless of battery state of charge, charging or discharging rate, or temperature. Product is useless. Tech support unable to help, no response for almost 2 weeks then started asking questions trying to blame my installation for the issue. I tested with just a digital clock connected, battery cannot power even a simple low power device reliably. Avoid this product and avoid this company.

I have had 2 purchases into Australia and both have been without issue and quick given they are shipped by sea.

Ordered on 25/6, but after a couple of days the track and trace code still says "unknown number". Contacted the helpdesk on 29/6 who said they would reply via email. Today is 2/7 and no reply from the helpdesk, but an invitation in Chinese to submit a review.

I hope the battery is of better quality than the service sofar.
