Though I love the colors and the prints of the two leotards that I bought, when they arrived they had a pretty strong smell to them which took a couple of days to dispel. Further the leotards are generously cut in the hips so you are nicely covered around the butt. However the waist is way too big and the girth is a bit short. So you end up with a low cut leotard that fits well at the hips and stretches flat over the stomach but there is a one inch gap between my wait and the fabric. Seaming would be a good option to add to your product so this does not continue to happen and to be frank that is what most Leotard makers are now doing i.e Claudia Dean, Dance De Paris, Eleve most now incorporate some seams to create a better fit.

Order placed on the 15th July and still not received. Leotards needed for Sunday 25th with 48hour delivery and looks like I will have to go and purchase from somewhere else.

Communication very poor, long delay in sending my item, I rang and emailed numerous times never getting a response until I messaged on Instagram, Item arrived and although it’s a lovely leotard it’s to small so need to return again I have emailed returns and had no response !!

My order was accepted and then cancelled. I was disappointed as I was not given a reason for the order to be cancelled

The shoes looked really pretty but they didn’t fit. I followed the advice and ordered my normal shoe size but they came up small. I followed instructions on the invoice which arrived in the parcel for returns but heard nothing only got a reply when I replied to the review email. This reply didn’t answer my question. I returned the shoes and asked for a larger size, larger shoes have not materialised. Neither has a refund. I have also sent another email asking for clarity about replacement but this has also gone unanswered. At the moment I would still like the shoes in the correct size maybe they are in the post? I will edit if anything changes

I have emailed several times to discuss a return as I was sent the wrong size product and therefore am not prepared to pay the return postage when the mistake is not mine. I have received no response despite multiple emails over the last 2 weeks so I am an unhappy customer unfortunately. However I have usually found basilica to be a wonderful brand with great service so I am unsure what has happened this time.

Great communication throughout my purchases, quick to answer queries, beautiful products and bargain special offer prices over the bank holidays.
