Got my tiles and other stuff for bathroom from Bathshack Dublin. Glenn was very helpful and great to deal. Had a little issue with tiles. Trade centre manager Ken sorted all out in no time. Really happy with the Bathshack.

Although the pieces are beautiful, the communication was beyond disappointing. I was told several different dates for delivery which never happened, so much forward and back when it was very hard to get ahold of anyone. Then when my delivery finally arrived there was several pieces missing. It is a real pity as showroom was stunning and stock is beautiful

Great quality and fast delivery

We initially had an issue with the loss of a part for the wall hung cistern we received. We contacted customer service and both Ewan and Ian were helpful, quick and diligent in ensuring the issue was resolved. Delivery was quick and we've had no issues since.

I was in BathShack today with my dad and couldn’t recommend David from Lisburn store enough. He helped show me all of my bathroom units, taps, shower etc and made sure my order was through.
He went above and beyond for both my dad and I. I will definitely be back in the future and will speak highly of David and BathShack Lisburn.

I visited Bath Shack in Lisburn today, and it was the second bathroom showroom I went to — but the atmosphere I experienced there was completely different!
David immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. He quickly understood what I was looking for and started working with me to find the best options that suited both - my budget and the look I wanted for my bathroom.
He was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He shared his professional opinion, guided me through different choices, and made everything feel much easier and less stressful for me!
Because of the excellent service I received, I decided to purchase everything for my bathroom from this store. I’m very happy with the experience, and thanks to David’s help, I’m sure I’ll have a beautiful new bathroom soon.

Placed an order 01/02 and got delivered 18/02. Very bad considering they promised a 5 working days delivery for something they already had in stock.
