Needed a laptop battery fast, that is what I got, correct spec (max capacity), seems well made and engineered, arrived very quickly. Just what you need.

I was given very clear advice about the replacement battery I needed for my old laptop. I ordered it and I was amazed it arrived almost by return. Thank you.

sent wrong charger was wrong voltage the charger didnt have the voltage stamped on it which made the return very difficult, hence still not been able to return it , the returns procedure is to difficult

Ich habe am 8.2.2023 ein Ersatzakku für mein Toshiba Laptop gekauft. Der Originalakku hatte ca. 7 Jahre gehalten. Der Akku von BattDepot war nach wenigen Monaten defekt. Die Rücksendung müsste nach England erfolgen. Zum einen kostet schon ein unversichertes Päckchen etwa die Hälfte des Preises für den Akku. Außerdem ist es mit DHL nicht zulässig Lithium-Akkus ins Ausland zu versenden. Da ich auch nicht sicher bin von der Firma einen heilen Akku als Ersatz zu bekommen werde ich das Geld wohl abschreiben.

Order was slightly delayed as the address wasn't on the package only the post code. However the delivery driver was able to locate the address and matter was resolved. Battery and charger perfect. Thank u.

Well my battery arrived I installed only to find that there was no charge at all. Charged the battery since then it dies at 60 % instantly and when charging it goes from 55 % to full charge in 30 seconds. Have tried to contact Battdepot several times and way. NO answer or response.
My advice avoid buying anything from them , I got ripped off.

Up date to Battdepot, The battery was sent back to Battdepot. Upon testing it was determined that the battery performance was according to spec. The issue I had could not be duplicated. Apparently Lenovo has a issue sometimes with a non factory batteries. Battdepot responded to confirm my active credit card and refunded my cost for the battery. Thank you for their professional service.

Ordered a replacement battery for my daughter's Asus laptop, this is the second replacement battery after the first lasted roughly 18 months. The second replacement wouldn't charge once installed in the laptop and was clearly defective.

Was advised to fill out a form and return the battery for testing before they would refund or replace. Stupidly used royal mail (my fault) and the battery was seized and destroyed so over £75 out of pocket between the battery, postage and return postage plus the time emailing, filling out the form and returning the faulty battery.

You live and learn, too much hassle for what should have been a simple transaction.

Very helpful and efficient. I had been having trouble sourcing the correct battery for my laptop. They gave me two options and explained the differences clearly. They were quick to send the item and quick to respond to any queries I had. I will definitely purchase here again!
