Big into bagels. It all started with a sandwich. Wrong shape, right time – you get the gist. But with bageling in our background, we soon realised there was a round, doughy-shaped hole in our lives. So we set to work perfecting our top-secret bagel recipe, right here in London. And B Bagel was born. Over ten years later, we’ve kept what made those very first bagels special. Every morning, we mix up our signature dough recipe, roll it into rings and let them sleep overnight. Then we boil for chew, bake on special wooden sticks for flavour and stone-bake for that perfect crusty-outside, chewy-inside vibe. We do this every day on each one of our sites, then we serve our bagels up with only the freshest fillings. And if we have any left over at the end of the day? We turn them into bagel crisps, just like that. No corners cut. No ingredients with un-spellable names. No bagel left behind. Our bagels are baked fresh in each one of our shops and we also deliver to homes and offices across the Capital. Bagels for brekkie. Bagels in boardrooms. Bagels in both hands – just the way it should be. We believe life’s better with a bagel in your hand. 10/10 bagel shop
I can't say enough good things about this bagel shop! The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a great experience from the moment you walk in. The bagels are consistently fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their food.
I'm especially loving the new menu—it offers a great variety of options while keeping all the classics that customers know and love. Everything I've tried has been fantastic so far.
I also recently ordered catering for an event, and it exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was smooth, the food was beautifully prepared, and everything arrived fresh and on time. Our guests loved it, and several people asked where the bagels were from.
Whether you're stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or catering for a gathering, this place delivers outstanding food and exceptional service every time. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although the salt beef was tasty
No way is a salt beef bagel as good as £9. For anybody wanting proper salt beef bagel at great price visit Brick Lane Bagel shop best in London

Friendly service and order was ready…
Friendly service and order was ready and waiting for me on arrival. However the order was not complete and this was only noticed when I arrived at my destination. Had to go back to the cafe to request the remainder of the items. The food was absolutely delicious and I will be back!

I went there yesterday afternoon poor service rude customer service and management lack communication skills zero respect for my personal choice of non further disclosure of my dietary choices l tried to order a gf egg mayo bagel and one individual a Muslim woman refused to serve me my requested order, demanded that l tell of any alliges when l already told her my order is a gluten free bagel which is up on the menu above l asked for a manager to make complaint about the insident which manager just made further in denial total No acknowledgement he made conflict of debate and a heated argument occurred OVER a food my attempted order he was just totally useless and resolved nothing and refused to acknowledge the female staff member poor attitude and lack of comprehension skills of talking a specific specialist gf order which her attitude was way off from the start not being attentive to get my order transaction so l ended up walking away and wouldn’t spend a dime In that shop with such TOXIC customer service individuals.
This place deserves NO Stars I only one starred just to write about the people working there crap service and NO customers should spend money at that location neither.

First time trying it and loving it!
Me and my friend went to B Bagel today for the first time and ordered the same thing. The service was great and the staff was welcoming. We highly recommend going to try it! Essentially since they give discounts to students and NHS workers.

Large catering order
We were catering for a 60-person company event. The amount of food we ordered was perfect, they arrived on time, the order was complete, and the food was incredible. It went down a treat!
