Los pedidos han cumplió todas mis expectativas. Un diseño y calidad buenísimos. He hecho cuatro pedidos, todos ellos llegaron en le fecha prevista y en perfectas condiciones; dos de ellos han sido para regalar y les encanto.
He comprado las gorras en los dos colores, dos velas, que son ideales, y la bolsa que me tiene enamorada. Estoy muy satisfecha con BDXY seguiré contando con la marca tanto para uso personal, como para regalar

High quality
I bought a tshirt and a cap.
The tshirt is a great fit with a fall that doesn't stand off the body, its material also has a nice softness to it.
The cap fits well, has a consistent colour and it was nice to learn that it's made from 100% recycled materials.
It's obvious to me that they're putting a lot of care into the design and material choices.

dishonest or incompetent or both........AVOID
Absolutely shocking customer service - ordered the wrong size t-shirt and noticed as soon as I hit complete order. BDXY refused to change the order and dispatched the goods and made me do a return which took forever due to their poor technology. Now they then say they have not received the return. No they are "looking into it". This company is either dishonest or incompetent or both. So far I have hours trying to sort this out - what a waste of time.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - no idea how to return an item, all links don’t work including the live chat. No comprehensive way to figure out how to do it. System doesn’t work and no phone number to get in contact. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
