It’s very very disappointing extremely poor customer service they don’t reply to your emails like I had to keep sending them emails until they respond, I’ve been waiting for my order for 1/5 months and at the end she refunded me I don’t recommend them at all for their long wait they tell you it’s only a month but 100% more than that their customer service is really really poor

I purchased 4 Artiss Fabric Tub Lounge Armchair mid September, however upon contacting customer service afew weeks later inquiring where my order was I was told that there was a further delay and I had the option to cancel or proceed with a $50 discount. I took the discount and my chairs arrived in December.

Customer service was prompt, friendly and communicated well.

The chairs themselves where a hassle to assemble as the screws did not align evenly making it almost impossible to have the 4 screws in. Eventually we managed to have them secured.

Over all the chairs would have been perfect however we are disappointment as there is a huge black zipper on each chair that sits behind the seats diagonally , this was not shown on the website photos.
I wish we had of been told about the huge black zipper, it takes away from the design.

Poor quality item - made from chipboard and coated in plastic contact to look like natural wood. Very overpriced for what it is.

Love the finished TV cabinet, once we got it together.
The drawer guides and rollers had already been slipped together and this meant we couldn't screw the pieces separately to the drawer sides, then slide in. They are not the easy lift out ones with rollers. They couldn't be slipped apart for installation without damage, as they seemed locked in place. This meant having to miss one screw on each drawer guide and therefore the drawers aren't quite as stable as they could be. Had to screw the drawers onto the rollers with rollers already in place inside the cabinet. Very fiddly. Maybe someone in the factory thought they were being helpful, packing them like that for transportation, but please ensure the rollers and guide rails are separate, as the instructions clearly show.

Loved the product just took a bit of time coming
