Do not order off them
Do not order off them. I am still waiting for 12 coffees from 09/06. I had no correspondence, so emailed, was told one of the coffees I ordered was not in stock. So I said send anything. Several emails later, have still not received the 12 coffees. Even though most days I am receiving emails about free delivery or offers. But I have still not received the 12 I have already ordered. How difficult is it to send the 12 coffees, I will not order off them again.

Brexit was years ago and they do not know export procedure!

Terrible company. Have not paid my invoice for over two months for sending a document. Very unethical for not paying thus invoice.
One item short on Order
My order for a friend was short of a jar, I paid for 4 jars and only 3 delivered. Sent Email to company three days ago and have not received any acknowledgement of action. My order number 170278 on 04 April paid £16.65
(4 coffee £13.00 plus £3.65 postage).
Taste not as good
If i could give 0 points i would the coffee is so weak it tastes awwful will not be buying it again i have tried most flavours strong smell when you open Jar thats it

Save your money - no customer service and no interest
I placed an order 19/02. It never went further than "Processing" for two weeks, at which point I started trying to contact them. This proved next to impossible. They do not respond by email, and the customer service line rings and rings until it cuts off. I resorted to emailing every day, and raising a case via PayPal. I finally got a one sentence email with no apology, expressing that one item in my order was out of stock and needed replacing. I agreed to a replacement of this item. The order was processed the same day, and I received dispatch notification.
However, the parcel I finally received contained THREE replacements (all the same flavour) despite only agreeing to one replacement, and on top of this two items in box were in pieces with coffee everywhere.
I'm back to email every day to see if I can achieve a suitable resolution but I do not hold out much hope as despite their very friendly emails suggesting that emailing or calling the help desk will result in a response, my experience is that they absolutely have no interest in customer service and if you do enjoy their coffee, you're better off buying from a local relator.
Beanies not interested in orders from Ireland
Wanted to place a big order from Ireland but the account does not show EUR and I would have to pay in GBP.
Their customer service is less than helpful and they simply do not care.
Lady who responded was Anna and Sam was in CC. Both had absolutely no interest in helping until it the currency problem was resolved. Imagine something would happen to the order and you needed help from this company...the lack of reply is very worrying. Avoid orders people!
Order still unfulfilled after two weeks.
I’ve purchased from Beanies a couple of times and not had any issues, however I placed an order two weeks ago and paid the additional postage cost. My order should have arrived 23/02 but it’s 4/03 and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted the company, who after being chased, informed me that what I ordered was not in stock, however they had taken the money still. They asked what coffee I would like as a replacement, I sent what I wanted instead, and still have received nothing. This is appalling. You can’t take customers money if you can’t provide the product or the service. I’ve contacted this company over and over, the customer service number just rings out and no one is answering my emails.
Rapidly going downhill
I've been a customer for many years, and, until recently, I would have left a 5 star review. But this company seems to be locked in a downward spiral.
Last time I ordered I received a box full of shattered glass jars. Admittedly, customer service got back to me the same day and sorted replacements, but it made me wary.
I decided to try again, and only received half my order. I've tried emails, messenger, and phone calls, and haven't received a single response. I've now had to resort to going via my bank to get a refund.
Definitely a company to avoid from now on
caramel popcorn decaf out of stock
Ordered caramel popcorn decaf in December and it was really nice. It has been out of stock since January and after repeatedly asking when it will be back in stock I have received no answer.

Dishonest With Delivery Cost and No Customer Service
Beanies coffee say on their website that they send all of their orders by Royal Mail 48 hour - but they also offer a next day delivery option for £5.95. I went for this option on Thursday 29th January 2026 and placed the order around 10:30am, expecting it to be delivered the following day.
When it hadn’t arrived on the Friday, I clicked on the tracking link on the confirmation email from Beanies, only to see that they had sent it 48 hour delivery that day! This meant the earliest it would arrive was the following Tuesday - so they’d basically diddled me out of £2 on the delivery.
Their customer service is useless as they didn’t respond to messages on any of their platforms.
Beanies shouldn’t offer the next day delivery option if they have no intention of fulfilling it; they are just stealing money from their customers. I won’t order from them again.

I was very pleased with the coffee's that I had purchased.
I love the presentation.
I bought these using a gift card that I received for Christmas so was excited to see them.
Sadly I can't give 5 stars though as the delivery experience was so poor.
Leaving parcels on people's paths over the weekend is lazy.
Maybe consider an alternative to Evri.
I've noticed some companies are now giving purchasers a choice of delivery companies, which is a very good idea.

Really excited about ordering from here & was happy with the whole experience....until I received an email stating my order was being delivered by Evri! Absolutely gutted. Would NOT be at all surprised if I don't receive it - ever. If I'd known they dealt with Evri (totally my own fault, I presumed like an idiot, that they'd have more sense) I would never have ordered from them as Evri are a disgrace & possibly THE worst "delivery" company in the country.
Put it this way, I should, by Beanies claims, have had my parcel today...but no.
Edit - I've upped to 5* as I'm extremely happy with my experience as a whole, I'm gonna say I'm shocked at Evri's pretty timely delivery...even though their tracking/website never updated so it stated it was " on the way" the whole way through & never out for delivery, which is why I was so concerned & sceptical. Just really happy all went ok - but Beanies PLEASE if you ever read this, consider another courier as so many people, myself included, choose not to shop at certain retailers if they use them. Just glad I know now that I can choose R.Mail instead in future.

I’d have left 0 if I could. I received an email early hours of 28th November (Black Friday) 25% off if I ordered by 6am. I did!! Paid for 3/5 day delivery.
On the Wednesday no update - emailed - lost order!!! When would this have been discovered had I not emailed? Reprocessed for me. Rude customer services stated my order wasn’t late until Monday!! Anyway today (a week after order) I received a postage cost refund - no notification or any other details. Emailed to enquire on dispatch. Still not even dispatched apparently problems with processing ? and again when would I have been told? Asked for a full refund. Do not offer discounts and still state 3/5 day delivery and then try and claim that it’s because of increase in orders and then don’t even bother to update customers . Terrible service!
Poor experience, great coffee
In the past I’ve always ordered enough to qualify for free delivery. On this occasion the order process was terrible, letting me put flavours in basket to be told at checkout some were out of stock. No clear way to just add alternatives so had to start the order from scratch, to still be offered the flavours that were out of stock! Couldn’t see anywhere obvious what the order level was for free p n p so I proceeded to checkout. I’m adamant that I was not shown a charge for p n p so went ahead, only to be see by the amount t charged to my card that p n p had been added. I contacted customer services to be initially told o was wrong, then be told that there was an issue with order process but still insisting that p n p was displayed before I placed the order. I asked if I could add more jars to the order to qualify for free p n p and was told no, but that I could chsnge the flavours ordered if I wanted as some of the out of stock items were now in stock. So changes to the order could be made, but not the chsnge I wanted. Gods took approx a week to despatch so still not sure why I couldn’t have added to the order. Very disappointing service given to a long standing g customer

been after hazelnut coffie for a long time and i spotted this, cant express my disapointment didnt taste of hazel nut at all it was like having a cup of dirt not nice at all
Order never arrived, money taken and no customer service
Placed an order for 12 jars, the money was quick to be taken from my bank on 1st October.
But still no coffee has been delivered. I have tried contacting them via email, phone and messenger and they will not reply.
Would not recommend ordering from them at all if you want the item to arrive and the customer service is diabolical!!
Finally today.....after days and days of continually trying to contact got an email stating one of the flavours was out of stock, supplier issue did I want a part refund???? - erm now here's a pattern where they refund some money and keep the rest and the order still doesn't arrive!
Product not received and no reply to emails
Posting here in the hope a member of the team might pay attention! I am normally a huge Beanies fan and order as soon as mine run out. However, I ordered six jars on the 29th September and have received no communication or products since then. I have emailed the help email three times but have not had a single reply. Disgraceful customer service - especially for a loyal return customer.
