Overall,pleased with my purchase and it came gift wrapped which was a bonus. However, the description included a knitted jumper as did my order confirmation and picture of order. However, the bear came with a blue felt type of jacket, not a knitted jumper. Still waiting for a response despite emailing over a week ago.

I ordered a cat in a hoodie for my granddaughter who recently lost her cat. It was a beautiful cat with perfect personalisation I had it sent directly to her and she saidbit was beautifully wrapped and she was so pleased.
