Exceptional customer service restoring my faith that some companies still care!
Not only was Helen from Bears4U proactive in contacting me when she was notified that my order had been delivered to the wrong address the day before our anniversary, she went above and beyond to send a replacement which arrived the next day and in time for our celebrations! It took me a while to work out how she knew our anniversary date and then it clicked that she had connected the dots with the personalisation I had asked for showing amazing attention to detail!

And as for Bonny the bear, she was beautifully gift wrapped and is gorgeous, There was a little hiccup with the personalisation on the back of her jumper which didn’t make a huge difference but Helen was very apologetic and sent out a replacement jumper for me which arrived in a few days! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating and would recommend to anyone looking for a new cuddly…. thank you Bears4U and Helen!
