I had ordered the Bear's Brownies, "Brew and Brownie" package to be delivered to my son who is at University in Edinburgh. It was ordered on the Wednesday for delivery on the Saturday, his birthday! The company advertise next day delivery, but the package wasn't delivered the following Monday lunchtime. This was only after I had contacted the company to cancel the order! They insisted that even though their brownies, that were not vacuum packed and had been lying in the back of a van for 72 hours were perfectly delicious to eat!!! They refused any recompense!

Great choice, speedy delivery, easy to use website and damn fine tasty brownies!! I buy from here often and they seem to taste better every time.

I ordered specifically because I wanted the brownies to arrive by a certain date as a surprise for my partner. On the date they were due to be delivered, I got a message from DPD saying there was an issue at the sorting facility. So they were going to arrive the day after instead, despite paying for a courier service to do next day delivery.

Then the next day, DPD said they tried to deliver but no one was home so they will try again the next day. The parcel is supposed to be designed to fit in the letterbox so that they can deliver any time so I don't know why there was a further delay. I still don't have a delivery slot from DPD. So I have paid £25 for 3 day old brownies and now have to be home all day to receive them.

Bought these as a pick me up treat for my in-laws - arrived really quickly and in lovely packaging, and they’re still raving about them two weeks later. I think it’s a hint that I need to order them again! :)

Can’t vouch for the taste, but they look really good courtesy of a photo from one of my DiLs! I do think you should warn customers that DPD says the delivery is from Rachael’s Kitchen : for 24 hours I thought I had ordered from 2 firms by mistake!!

Fantastic brownies as I am dairy intolerant I sometimes find the brownies I can eat as not so good.
