The bed was delivered on time and the delivery drivers were very helpful and courteous. The bed was fairly easy to put together (would have preferred instructions, but there weren't any) but my son loves his new bed.

Mattress is great along with customer service who helped sort out the useless lying courier company APC who denied getting my other delivery option but admitted they couldnt leave it where I told them if I wasnt in . Bed Factory Direct 5 stars - APC 0 for telling porkies .

We have used this company before and have always found their products to be of great quality. The sample service was very useful, enabling us to match the ottoman base to our current headboard. The delivery was good with the men getting the bed upstairs efficiently with no knocks!

Ordered a product 8 days ago, Still haven't received a single bit of communication from them about a delivery date or anything. Very poor service.
Emailed about it and still no reply

Immensely irritated by the constant hassle to leave a review.

Damaged (scratched) upon arrival (box and item). Emailed customer service a few days after realising the product was damaged. Still waiting on a response for a refund and collection, now past the 14 day return period and whilst we have been informed the bed factory is waiting on the manufacturers response, since we bought from the bed factory surely they should be able to collect and refund the faulty item that arrived damaged whilst they deal with their providers? - I wouldn't have usually written a review but they keep on spamming my email hence I am providing an accurate description of my experience.

Ordered and paid for a sideboard, chose delivery date, got an email confirming delivery, received tracking updates from courier only to receive an email saying order cancelled as not in stock, oh yeah and refund would be around 10 days later! Really poor.

Unfortunately the mattress doesn’t suit me it is too hard I wake up with a sore back

Delivery window convenient and carried out on time. Guys collected my old mattress from upstairs bedroom and brought new boxed mattress to the room.(£40 charge but worth it).

There was an issue with the headboard. It was dealt with courteously and professionally. The bed suits our needs perfectly. Even with the issue, our experience was very positive. Great customer service.

Ordered a new bed last week from Warrington shop tried 3 beds. Ordered came the following week. I called customer service helpful on the phone and called me back. Bed delivered I am happy with it thanks

I have just been asked to leave a review for my order which was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. Whatever system asks for reviews is obviously not connected to the system that tells customers that their order has been delayed by 10 days. So I am yet to find out if my mattress is as expected or if I am enjoying it, but I am looking forward to finally receiving the product and will leave a review of the item then

Great service, prompt delivery, even carried the big boxes upstairs for me. They were so good I recommend them to several of my friends

Ordered because of the advertised fast delivery and I am still waiting for my mattress. There was no communication to tell me it had been delayed and I’ve had to chase them myself. Extremely disappointing service and communication.

We ordered our new bed from here and the whole process was pretty easy . Great selection, competitively priced and free delivery!
However on the day of delivery we was given a 1800-2100hrs slot , this was changed at short notice , we got a call at 1600hrs to say they were 25 minutes away .
We cleared the drive so they had simple access straight in the front door . This was where it all started to go wrong ,it was a little bit complicated to get the angles right to get the divan started on the stairs but in their frustration they jammed it against the ceiling causing some damage to the top of it , they ripped the blind off the wall over the stair window and unknown to me ( I’m disabled and have difficulty getting up the stairs ) they just left both divan sections and the headboard on the landing outside the obviously empty bedroom.
I didn’t notice the damage until well after they had gone , so it would be a waste of time ringing to say they done it as they could say we did it putting it into the bedroom. and it is covered by the matress so we just let it go .
I feel taking one star off is fair .
