I still haven’t received my item
I still haven’t received my item. 3 days I have waited in for the DPD courier and they haven’t arrived. Going to the wrong address or just posting a black screen saying sorry we miss you when I have been in all day. Even gave full instructions of where my house is with mobile number to call me and still they did not do that!

I am sorry to see you are having an issue with DPD. If you contacted us directly we could have go involved to help sort any issues with delivery they may have been having.
I have just pulled the log on your order and for transparency have listed it below.
09-12-2023 – Order was placed by the customer through our website (saturday).
11-12-2023 – Order was shipped, processed and collected by DPD.
12-12-2023 – First Delivery Attempt – Unable to deliver notification sent.
13-12-2023 – Second Delivery Attempt - Unable to deliver notification sent.
13-12-2023 – DPD requested Further Instruction from the customer.
13-12-2023 – Customer Requested delivery on the 14-12-2023 – Customer received confirmation text of this.
14-12-2023 – Third Delivery Attempt - Unable to deliver notification sent.
14-12-2023 – Fourth Delivery Attempt - Unable to deliver notification sent.
15-12-2023 - This has been put back through the network due to failed delivery attempts.
16-12-2023 - Went back through the network.
18-12-2023 – Look as though this is on a van to be attempted again later today.

Purchased a Char Broil Professional 2 Burner BQ. Great price and quality. Delivered on a pallet to ensure safe delivery. Would thoroughly recommend the Bedfordshire Barbecue Centre.
