I’m truly sorry to read about what you went through while waiting for your order, particularly when you were already without a suitable bed. I completely understand how distressing and frustrating this experience must have been.

We should have communicated more clearly, provided better updates and handled your order with far greater care. I’m very sorry that we let you down.

I would also like to gently clarify that Bedzy has never advertised guaranteed next-day delivery or guaranteed delivery within one to two business days. The one-to-two-business-day timeframe related to our Priority Processing service, rather than the courier delivery timeframe, and this fee was refunded to you on 22 May due to the delay. Our Melbourne location is also listed on our website.

That clarification does not take away from the fact that your order took far too long or that the experience fell well below the standard you deserved. I’m relieved to see that everything has now arrived safely, although I fully appreciate that this does not undo the stress and inconvenience caused.

Please know that I’m here if you need any further assistance. You are welcome to ask for me directly, and I’ll personally ensure you are treated with the care and attention you deserve.

I’m very sorry for the confusion and completely understand how concerning it must have been to feel that you had received no confirmation or updates about your order.

As we hadn’t heard back from you, we went ahead and arranged a replacement set of bedside tables so you would not be left waiting any longer. We also sent the tracking details to your email.

I noticed you use a Y**** email address, and unfortunately, order confirmations and tracking updates can sometimes be filtered into the junk folder with their platform. This may explain why you did not receive our earlier messages, so please check your junk folder and add Bedzy as a safe sender to ensure any future updates reach you.

Of course, if the replacement is no longer required, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist with a refund.

I sincerely apologise again for the worry and inconvenience caused. I’m here to help with anything further you may need.

Bedzy offers a wide range of beds and mattresses across different comfort levels, from budget-friendly options through to thicker, more supportive and premium ranges. We also understand that comfort can be very personal, especially when it comes to mattresses.
