Worst mobile phone provider I dealt with. SIM card is set to expired state without a prior warning. They demanded a 20 CHF reactivation fee without any kind of service in return. Furthermore, after 60 days without purchasing any of the overpriced packages, they deactivate the SIM card again (unable to contact support by phone, unable to login into MyMucho, etc) without prior notice!
