Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. pre-ordered a bundle in July for delivery around end of September. Bundle still not dispatched. No update on why there is a delay. 40th birthday present ruined. Contacted the company by chat, email and phone, advisor unable to help. advised management would contact me and a week later still waiting. I appreciate things can be delayed however it is extremely poor no one can update me or keep customers informed!

Not happy with the order when I ordered the beer keg was in stock after I ordered the next day I was told it was out of stock not very good at sorting tour stock out think you should try harder to please your customers rather than disappointing them
