Am leaving a review here because they filter reviews on their website. My review for Taleah Cut Out Maxi Dress Sage:

"At a higher price point I was honestly expecting the dress to be higher quality. Fabric is not that breathable, stitching is sloppy, and cut-outs at the ribs are uneven (enough to be noticeable when I put it on!). Really disappointing."

Update: Returned the dress and paid roughly AUD38 for shipping. They would not reimburse me the cost. Gave me store credits which I won't be using.

Great customer service, highly recommend. Even when I returned an item, they were generous as I live in Canada and due to Covid it takes longer to ship back. Really appreciate fast, kind customer service!

Don’t order if your from uk. I ordered 3 dresses from here for £218, I paid and everything and it said shipping was nothing so I paid the £218 thinking shipping was free. I then got an email from the delivery website saying I have to pay £82 in import tax to get it delivered. I emailed them saying this and that I had no clue they was going to charge me this much to get it delivered they basically said it was my own fault because they list it on the website, but no where do they say you would have to pay this much. Literally misleading as they should clearly state this. Now I’m stuck and I will either way have to pay even more money to get it returned or if I keep the package and pay £82 and something doesn’t fit I have no choice but to pay more money again to send it back. A lot of other reviewers say this as well so please don’t buy from here if you want to waste loads of money.

Always shop here, but the customer service is amazing, the girls are always helping and willing to assist and take your needs into consideration.

I urgently needed a dress in a different size which was unfortunately out of stock and they were soooo incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They provided remarkable after hours service and contacted different departments to find the size I needed so I could match the other bridesmaids. Will definitely purchase again from BB because of their amazing team and thanks once again. Xx

Unfortunately, I ordered a larger size and wished to return and exchange this for a smaller size as the quality of the product was exceptional. I was provided remarkable after hours service from a customer service consultant, who thoroughly assisted me in navigating through the process. Having had over a decade worth of customer service, I was extremely impressed with the level of dedication and care provided by the customer service consultant. I had an order with BB, and I was sent an email to review my items. However it hasn’t arrived yet and so I emailed the BB team and they responded so promptly. It was amazing, after receiving a second update I received my items the next day! Thoroughly impressed with the customer service and absolutely adore my items!

Very happy Plus. I purchased the Maeve Blazer White size 12 just 5 days ago online. BB communications are fantastic & the courier service they use (DHL Express) are fantastic. My daughter ordered a few dresses within a couple different orders, trying to find the right style and size for prom. The dresses came quickly and the return/exchange process was easy. Each time I had a question, the customer service agents were very quick to respond, helpful and provided personal follow up. I could not be more impressed with the customer service from this online store!
