Do not buy from this company. It is cheap chinese crap and if you wish to return the goods, you have to send it tracked back to China. The 'shop' is not in London. Do not be fooled.

I bought a pair of sandals. Delivery was delayed BUT every time I emailed them I did get a response. On reading reviews here I had accepted that either I had been scammed or sandals would be rubbish. They did arrive not to far beyond time frame and were exactly as I expected from picture/video. They were true to size and they are really comfortable. So, in my experience the reviews are misleading as I love my sandals, get compliments, they were very reasonably priced and in short I love them.

Would give a zero if it was an option. Really poor quality products, nothing like descriptions or photos. Delivery takes a long time. Customer service is rude and returns are impossible. Would not recommend at all.

This company should be closed by trading standards absolute charlatans unfortunately I didn't read the reviews I certainly won't make that mistake again shoddy materials and to say you have to return to China is a complete con offering a 15% refund is an absolute insult.

Absolute con! None of the dresses fitted and were poor quality. Would have to pay shipping costs back to china which was expensive so offered 30% refund and to keep the dresses, so now I’m stuck with 3 dresses I’ll never wear!

What an awful company - not only are the shoes I ordered flimsy and poor quality they also sent the wrong colours and tried to tell me this was due to a natural flaw in the material….i am very able to tell the difference between brown and khaki; sadly they aren’t!
Offered a refund if I sent back to china which based on experience would never get there or 30% refund on my order

I ordered 2 decanters. 1 tractor shaped and 1 digger shaped. They arrived today. I am very disappointed and rather annoyed.
Neither stopper fits the decanter. Not just tight, completely impossible to use.
The quality of the mould for the digger decanter is particularly poor. The digging arm cannot be filled because the glass cuts off that arm.
I do not recommend these products at all.

This company is based in China - the goods are poor quality and poor fabric - not at all as shown in pictures
I bought two dresses for £58 which have now cost me £27 to return = they do not cover returns - they are a dreadful con please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
they will offer you 20% to keep the items.

Ordered 3 items.
2tops for my wife, same style, same size. Arrived in different materials and different sizes. The one that fit shrunk in its first 30degree wash, the other felt like an old fashioned UNDERSLIP and has never Benn worn.
My item, an XXL size csrdigan, is a similar size to a UK medium. The size label was attached to the outside of the top on the shoulder. Tried it on the garment barely got past my sides leaving a gap in the front of over 6".
Tried to get a refund, was offered all sorts except a refund. Finally got info on how to which involved me direct mailing it to China, at my expense. The company let me know it may well be intercepted and hang around Chinese customs for months with no guarantee of them issuing said refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

The shoes I have received was claimed to be leather but it clearly wasn’t. The shoes had terrible plastic smell and were shipped from China. When I’ve asked to organise refund I was told that I have to pay for return postage and customs. They first offered 15% refund and keep the shoes got up to 50% but I refused to accept it. I had to take it with my bank and provide all the evidence to them that I have been scammed.

Ordered a pair of Sunglasses that from the marketing brochure looked value for money and add to this the bonus of a buy one get a 2nd pair free. Now, I wasn't looking for the kind of quality I already have from a Serengeti pair of expensive glasses, but I wasn't expecting the kind of quality you get from a cornflakes packet. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and the packaging was poor at best. Frankly both these products are hilarious and this review should serve as a warning. The Chinese company behind the deceiving so called "London" branding should stick to what they do best and you don't need a vivid imagination to understand that product is Rubber Dog Turds. Save your money and avoid this company!

This company is completely false advertising. The dresses are cheap rubbish from china. Not one bit like the dresses shown in their advertising. Return is also to china at your own cost via courier. This is not stated on their website and after lots of communication have refused to refund me and return to a UK based address. AVOID AT ALL COST

Stay well away from this company. Very poor quality dress arrived after a long wait, very poor refund service and customer service is a sham.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Item took weeks to get here. Quality is not great so I want to return it and they tell me that despite being advertised as a London company I have to pay to ship the item back to China. That won’t be happening. Will likely cost as much as the item is worth.

Please do not be fooled by their 30 day returns, no hassle policy, this is false! This the reply I received when I requested a return…

This is a Chinese company which is misleading as it states Bennett and Hayes of London in their advertising. The website indicates easy 30 days returns which is misleading. Despite the quality being poor and very different to the photo online I was offered 15% money back and to keep item. The other option was to return the item to china which they warned me would be costly and involve extra custom charges. After further negotiation I eventually got 20% back as didn’t want to risk the cost of sending the item back and then them saying they didn’t receive it!!! This was reimbursed quickly but do not buy from this company!!!
