This is the second real estate purchase in UK through Benoit properties on behalf of my father. Due to the legal guardianship of my father I need to get a special legal permision from the court that was taking quite a time and on the other side need to reserve property until the permision. Benoit approach was quite flexable and they were kind enough to wait for me. Also the related purchasing process was reasonable and smooth enough.
