I have just purchased two properties through them (one in the United Kingdom and the other in Florida) with total satisfaction. Natasha was great...as an investor, I can be needy and want to make sure my money is going into a good investment, especially when all cash purchases. Natasha held my hand, and most importantly responded within minutes even given our time zone difference as I am in the USA and she is in England. Also, importantly, she was very nice and had a lot of patience with me. She is a rock star in my opinion by acting on my behalf and answering all my questions and getting the the prices I wanted. Highly recommend....I am actively looking for a 3rd property outside the USA as well through them. Again, highly recommended and if you get Natasha as your agent you won't be disappointed :)

I am a repeat purchaser with Benoit Properties. I bought a property 4 years ago and the experience has been good so naturally when I was in the market for another investment, my first port of call was Benoit. I worked with Robert on this one (Tom the last time around), and it was a pleasure working with Rob. He was transparent, helpful and proactive throughout the deal. If I am in the market for another house, I will be coming back to Benoit. I also work with Travis on an on-going basis and Travis is one of the reasons I am back with Benoit for a 2nd apartment. Travis and his team are always on top of their game and extremely efficient. They have managed my 1st property for 4 years and I have not had any complaints.

I recently purchased a property in Turkey with Benoit properties dealing mainly with Robert Pamphlett. The process from the start has been relaxed, friendly with no sales pressure. Particularly helpful is their contact on site in Turkey who has provided property updates, videos and useful information of the surrounding area. Having direct contact with the conveyancing solicitor in Turkey has also proven to be beneficial. All in all a thoroughly professional experience.
