We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next. We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

The staff at Ben's Cycle are very friendly and knowledgeable! They have really great new and used bikes, bike parts/accessories, and clothing. They are my go-to place for all my biking needs!

We are very sorry for the confusion. It does state on the product page that the product you ordered ships in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You ordered on Friday and we shipped on Tuesday. We realized this statement may not be bold enough and are going to remedy it. We have refunded your shipping cost.
