Plenty of beds to inspect and the sales lady, Tara, was very knowledgeable on all of them, she also helped us with good advice so we got exactly what we wanted. Excellent customer service!

Popped in to our local store to mainly get a rough idea of what bed frame and mattress style was in our budget. After speaking with two very knowledgeable, but more importantly polite and friendly staff, we purchased exactly what we needed on the day. Delivery date is also much faster than other suppliers on the high steet.

It was a full service visit, no time limit to go through every detail as required, full mark to the staff member who served me.

The sales person was okay.
I feel we were brought into the shop after watching the tv ad stating 50% off. When we got there, there were only 3 lower grade beds on offer.
The mattress we purchased had no offer at all not even 10%. I wouldn’t of purchased but my wife insisted. Disappointing!!!

Online ordering experience was good. Well communicated throughout and lead times reasonable for the bed I ordered. Delivery went well.

In store experience in the Andover branch was slightly questionable. I wanted to view the bed in real life before committing to purchase but the model in store was very shabby. Dirty etc. Despite not putting me off ordering I think this could be improved. There was also quite a bit of pressure from the sales assistant to purchase in store as opposed to order online which I found off putting.

Excellent communication with the delivery team. A++

The ladies were very helpful in the Andover store. The only problem encountered was the paying machine wouldn’t connect easily

Delivery team great, when we unwrapped the mattress it had beige stains and dirt scuff marks - not what you want for over a £1000.00 - rang the Andover store who told me to email the enquiry email which I have on the 13th March, no reply to date only the automatic one, however they do say 10 days so we will see. UPDATE Wakas from customer services has contacted me and resolved the issue - I have updated the stars due to them resolving the issue and the mattress itself is so comfy.

Rather than go online - we went to the store… the interaction and help was so much better and the assistant was knowledgeable and polite… even matched online prices.
