Staff excellent - helpful without being pushy and very friendly

The gentleman that helped was very good. Listened to what we wanted and didn’t try and sell you the product which is they way sales people should act.

Staff were very knowledgeable and answered all questions put to them. The whole procedure was fully explained and completed seamlessly.

Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked in, directed me immediately to the product I was looking for and gave me a minute alone to select my colour while he sorted my order. Ashley input the order quickly & efficiently, offered insurance and showed me how the Black Friday was shown on my bill. He was very patient when my card was declined (wrong PIN again) and went through the receipt before I signed it. All with a smile. He couldn’t have been nicer.

The sales assistant Faseela was very helpful when she didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went to find out to make sure she gave us the correct information. Very pleasant experience so far hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.

Shop assistant, Ashley, was really helpful and knowledgable. I only went in to look at the bed but ended up buying 2

Knew what we wanted before entering retail shop. Benson's representative Ashley was very helpful and polite. We will have to see how we fare on delivery before commenting any more. Delivery due in November.
