Excellent experience. Brilliant mattress
Excellent experience from entering the store to delivery of our new mattress. The staff were very helpful and patient with us while we made our selection. Full advice given but no extreme pressure to purchase. We have purchased the same before so had no doubts about the quality. We were kept very well informed of how to prepare for delivery and what to expect. Delivery date was confirmed and on the day the delivery company contacted us with a window of 40mins to arrival. On time, extremely polite and friendly, very clean & super efficient. A reminder also given on how to look after our mattress in the early stages. Since then we have enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing sleep.

Showed a number of mattresses before I made my choice. No pressure from the sales staff just helpful advice.
The delivery people were careful with my property and due to inclement weather took off their shoes in the house.

Great service from Bensons for beds staff
Great service from Joanne instore, who talked us through the options to calling us with an update on boxing day to tell us the sale discount was available, and finally taking us through the order process and making sure we were happy with our choice. Plus 10/10 for the delivery team Paul and Ian who were excellent. I definitely recommend Bensons

Abi who assisted us, was very helpful. She was informative, without being pushy. She gave us the bed test which was very helpful in making our choice. When we had made our decision she took us through the process clearly. A very good experience of customer service.

First-class service, professional, patient.recommended by my daughter because she experienced good service at a different branch so every branch is the same if would appear. Still waiting for delivery (2 weeks) but so far very good.

Excellent service and a good deal
Service from Carol the store manager was absolutely top notch. Encouraged me and my partner to jump on the Sleep Pro and from the results recommended a mattress that was perfect, even after trying a few more. Did everything she could to make sure our needs were taken care of and gave us a great deal. As a previous retail manager myself I know good customer service when I see it and Carol was exemplary. Highly recommended.
